He's never out of shape. Always ready to fight. One thing about him, he's always smiling and happy. Doing pranks to his team is part of his camp too. 😂
I attended 8 of his fights since 2008.... He is the most amazing and mesmerizing fighter that I have ever seen. Ive attended many prizefights since 1999. It is nuts how amazing he was in his prime..... I wish he and Floyd had a series between 2009-2012
The May-Pac bout was 4-5 years past its expiry date. But the fact that May made a joke out of a much younger stronger Conor McG in his 40s shows that Floyd prolly wouldve played the same dodging game then.
@CZcams Only The fact is Money Mayweather EASILY beat your boys ass HAHAHA
Real boxers can see Money went easy on him for po$$ibilty of a rematch.
You Top PRANK trolls are funny lmao @ you!!
@@starkrebel McG is not a boxer, don't mention it.
I always laugh when people say mayweather whooped paquiao’s ass over exaggerating
I still remember Floyd snr in the corner yelling at Floyd “son why are you fighting scared??!!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I will never forget that lmfao
It’s crazy how people try to act like that never happened
I hope one day they release the audio recording from the corners in that fight
@@Feedback406 Top PRANK needs to pay you more. I could troll better than you!
Like he always say. Always train hard no matter what. Simple and easy to hear but to him he really do it 1000percent
And easy to do
I'm from the Philippines. In this video he was eating bangus and pampano. Very lean protein source and moderate amount of fat in its macros.
I also see bitter gourd and lots of vegetables
I just found out from a sport docter That a man can maintain his peek performance till age 50. without steroids and of course very hard training
Doubt
@@mongolianmovezm7894 i found a key pad warrior. I don't give a shit about your opinion people who comment negatively , i guarantee never get his foot into the gym. Look man you won't became a fighter by talking crapp on someone else video. Why because you insecure. And why always use fake accounts. Same reason insecurity
@@mongolianmovezm7894 don't do that man.. nobody will respect you cus you brag to much. Please change your mind set. Before some serious fighters beat you up. Not wise dudw
@@randymuaythai492 what are you talking about? All I said was a man isn’t going to be in his prime for 50 years .
@@mongolianmovezm7894 i also don't understand what r u talking about. I'm not a native English speakers
I sobbed from his goodbye video. I've never done that with a person I've never met. Or even from a person I did know.
It makes going back n watching his fights even more special....we wont see the likes of manny again!
My fave fighter of all time - im 47 so iv been a boxing fan for a long time and got to see tyson fights at his peak when i was a kid...still manny is my fave ...i knew he was on his way to retirement against thurman...he got hit way too much in that fight .especially in the later rounds- at his peak he would have stopped thurman with ease. Theres no one around anymore with that old skool exitement that manny bought to the ring...roy jones had it ...iron mike had it and manny was the last of the genetically gifted next level fighters🥊💣💥
Well said brother. They are my favourite 3 too. The best three of all time
I have this too a mix of manny and mike plus more, but brain damage and cuz i wanna do music. Maybe in the next life. Or maybe even just exhibitions.
He has the best story I'm black n I love this man lol hardest work fought his way outta nothing
My 3 fav fighters that I have seen in my life time also.
Exactly. People still can perform till his late. 40s if they trained very hard like many. But why they're always trash talker with acc name pro choice and a fetus as her profile picture. Look man not everyone is built for fighting. It's not a sin. But don't talk crap on someone video. People will not respect others by their performance of talk crap in a CZcams comments
So glad you made one for Pacquiao, after getting hooked on Naoya's training I was suspecting if I missed anything on Manny's training.
Pacquiao is the reason I started boxing
It’s always great how manny always train
& balances himself on everything.
His speedy footwork & counterpunches is what has made him so good & popular in his entire boxing career plus how he slicks jabs his punches along with the foot work at the same time, you really have to master it really good & manny was too good at that. Always my preferred boxer in history.
Pacquiao is remarkable because of his unique style of its own. nobody in the sport could imitate the way he did it
Such an inspiring person. You can tell he’s doing a thing he loves
Pacquiao's padwork trainer Penolosa actually came to China a few years ago with two-time Olympic Champ Tischenko to run a boxing camp. My first coach went there and paid a few hundred more to get a one round pad work with Penolosa. According to him, Penolosa's pad work solely focuses on continuous rapid punches and combinations. All about conditioning and punching non-stop and much less attention on specific combinations or technique. Everyone was exhausted after one round with him.
Also Pacquiao once said that when he needs to move up a weight class and gain weight, he would just eat chicken noodle soup for a while to get enough nutrition and fat.
@@terryblejokes that chicken noodle soup is actually called Tinola
Its so hard to Mimic Pacquiao punches, you can mimic and look like Canelo, Mayweather in the gym, But Manny naw Hes one of a kind!
I wonder how he came up with it or did Freddie create it to take advantage of Manny's speed and size?
@@kuhanblock9380 It's all in his calves. Look at most boxers today, they all have chicken legs.
Phenomenal training documentary, on one of my favorite warriors. PACMAN definitely paid the cost, to be a boss, metaphorically typing. Keep doing your thing, showcasing, elite trainers & their fighters, behind the scenes, going hard. #Godspeed & happy Thanksgiving.
subscribed 👊 I'm learning to be a better coach this knowledge is much appreciated 🙏
i learned so much, thank you very much!
His bouncing stance was awesome
Amazing! I belive this Channel Will grow a lot.
Excellent video thank you a lot of great info here
Yo! I'm from Philippines and the first thing you should have whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner is rice along with it are viand/dish. We usually eat beef, chicken or pork braised/boiled, there should be beef, pork, chicken stock. That's just a few of them but there are more dishes.
Another classic video Jimmy. 😊👊
As always great content!
Having my first fight on the 30th. Learning how to fight like this guy was a good choice, and training like the octuple champ would be even better!
Hey how did you do?
Pacquiao was THE one that got me into boxing! Especially because of him being a southpaw boxer, and his fight style. Love you Manny, thank you for being an inspiration to us! 🙂🫶🏻
In my opinion, the greatest to ever do it. 8 division world champ will never happen again.
GOAT💪🏻
naoya men
@@akatsukipain2801 nah even naoya say he can't.
well made video!👍👍👍👍👍
A lovely video I've just subscribed
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed 🙂
You are the best boxing analyst 🥊♥
Ty sir
Could you please make a video about how to do stretches and cool down after boxing training?
I'm Filipino and most fighters (probably all) use old school training methods. We don't have the luxury of new technology being available or enough government support (funds) to apply them. I'm only speaking from the professional boxing gyms I've seen which include ALA Boxing (Donnie Nietes' gym which sadly closed down) and Omega Boxing gym (John Riel Casimero's gym). I was actually able to train a couple of times in the latter as the owner and the trainer are actually my neighbors.
Great Information Man !! Thanks for posting ! very interesting !!
@@owenconnolly3041 no prob. Despite this we must be doing something right considering how small our country is we currently have several world champions like Jerwin Ancajas, Nonito Donaire, Nietes, and Casimero. There might even be more at minimumweight. Mark Magasayo is also fighting Gary Russell Jr for the featherweight belt.
in India also we face same issues ..idk what to do , i wanna win national thid year but idk how to get abroad after that ..we are looked down upon in combat sports
@@axelblaze9927 it sucks when you don't get support even from your own government. I feel for you guys struggling even in the Olympics trying to get a medal. If it's boxing, you should consider training here in the Philippines. Cost of living is cheap here.
@@pr0jectSkyneT boxing is a private sport, boxers and trainers are not government employees. Technically the government is not obligated to put funds on it, especially when there's so many other issues like bad roads, underfunded schools, underfunded public hospitals, recurring disaster relief because of typhoons and flooding, etc.
Local government officials build basketball courts because they know a lot more people will play on it than a boxing ring, and they do it for publicity and votes.
good man!
Boxing is the best 🥊🥊🥊
Excelente!! Genial!!
I am from the philippines and I found this video so interesting, I love the effort and research you did, great job btw filipino food that we love is "tinola" "sinigang" "adobo" and more.
Awesome! Thank you!
Pac man p4p one of the greatest ever.
Good work! Also can we have ggg train break down?
Top 5 All Time for sure!
Мотивирует! 💪👍. Видно что люди уважают!
Manny, Tyson and Roy Jones are my favorite fighters
Jasmine rice is a great carb for energy and it goes right through you. Chicken and pork Adobo are slow cooked on the bone and so they’re nutrient dense. Perfect for recovery. Hopefully this answers your question. Great video, thanks for making.
Pilipino here manny is know to eat tinolang manok after training. Its like hyannis chicken in singapore. But the chicken and the brot is together. And alot of rice. Rice is life as any pilipino and south east asian would say lol.
Please do a video on Salvador Sanchez and Roy Jones training routines
Good stuff man go further.
where did you get those infos? Can I have the source? gr8 video
8:23 Recent studies are showing that ice for recovery actually prolongs recovery (at least when it comes to injury but then again working out muscles is a micro injury). The reason they say this is because inflammation is how the body transports nutrients to an injured spot. Ice only reduces pain making you think your recovering quicker (also hinders inflammation which is needed to transport nutrients). They found Moving an injury, such as a pulled muscle or fractured bone, a little bit and massaging it actually healed faster. Look up M.E.A.T. Vs R.I.C.E. its interesting.
Sugar Ray LEONARD Training METHODS would be a great video. Thanks.
Bro I like 👍 your video 📹
I’d love to see Bernard Hopkins, such an underrated champ n one of my all time faves
Yeah underrated
NICE.
One of good boxer . Polite and brave in his job . GOD bless him . Amen .
Outstanding video!!!
Got one more question, do people go running in the morning on an empty stomach or generally do they have a coffee or some food before? Cheers
If i have time I have a coffee and some water, but if I’m short on time I just hit the road.
Joe Calzagi or Connor Benns training programs would be very interesting
hey man great video love the content using it to improve my traning but i have to ask cause my favorite prospect is isaac cruiz and i think hes the biggest one out there next to tank i would love a break down or some sort of his oldschool style and traning because im also pecabo leftie and realy think he will do great in the next years to come
loma will rape little mini "tank". Jaron Ennis is my fasvorite prospct now. Tank is good tho, not sure if he's still considered a prospect.
2:58 he said “STANIMA” 😂 anyways… awesome video
Manny Pacquiao had the best combinations of speed, power, strength, stamina, and with Freddie Roach Coaching him his technique, skill, fundamentals, and fight IQ was off the chart the man was a machine tho don't get it Twisted you can see he wasn't wasting any talent he was going to give everything he had to make it.. meaing he worked extremely hard like extremely hard he wanted to out work his opponents he said once that was one of his key to success out working everyone improving himself being the best boxers fighter person he can possibly be.. very impressive God bless 🙏
May I ask how are you getting this intel?
Can you do sugar ray leonard training routine:)
Old school or new school Pacquiao willed himself to win. His mental strength was out of this world.
How show an amateurs boxer train. Roadwork, strength and conditioning, nutrition, etc. Can we can any Olympic champions training routine
!traduzcan al español!!! Tenk you!
Great vid, floyd next
please add edwin valero training routine
Checkout the food “Nilagang Baka”. I think it’s one of the most nutritious Filipino foods out there.
Can you cover GGG's training or Oleksandr Usyks
the best recovery food from philippines are tinola, sinigang na baboy, nilagang baka these are the food that idol manny eat for recovery these foods are rich in vitamins and nutrients and most important thing they are all natural.
Pahinga na,,exercise nalang para sa health...bonding nalang sa family...
Good boxer with wing chun skills.
✅
you should 1000% do devin haney
Simple good ole fashioned training, proper diet, rest/recovery, discipline, and hard work was always Manny’s philosophy ( Old school ) ways never get old 😇😎🙏👍
Solid recovery meal would be Bistek & Petchay with rice (sautéed beef steak in soy sauce/vinegar + chinese cabbage)
Legit protein
when I worked on a very hi elevation mountain working like a mofo i would eat 7K or more calories a day easy and I was mega yoke and now in sea level and worn out i eat 1500k and struggle with 20lbs too many. I am going back to a trainer though
Pacquio was modern day Muhammad Ali
As a Filipino. He’s not Muhammad Ali. He’s Manny Pacquio his methods of boxing is different to Ali.
Do Floyd next
Bulalo fave of Sir Manny
If pacman is a pure boxer no politics we can see more explosiveness
GGG routine
The thing is manny has popped hot for PEDs many times but seemed outta court to keep it on the DL. It’s part of the sport but most don’t know how sports/ circus’ work. Of course you have to work hard but that’s why you hire people to give you that special competitive edge
Thurman vs pacquiao is a generation difference, from training to fighting style.
Old school vs new
Manny Pacquiao is my favorite fighter of all time.
My favorite boxer of all time.
Pacquiaos calves is like my whole ass head. 💀
Best post workout meal is adobo, why? Cuz it’s delicious
Can you do mayweather?
For those who says that Pacquiao is using steroids. This is the proof video.that Pacquiao is a clean fighter and never use cheat to his opponnents.his a humble fighter
And hardworking boxer.his a freak of nature you know.
Bro. He used steroids. It’s cool though. There’s no need to virtue signal about it. All top tier athletes use it. Some just just get caught due to politics.
Pac is one of my favourite fighters but i can see why people think he was on steroids normally a natural human cant train that many hours but paq is not normal he came from nothing and was blessed by God
Ko
I am from the philippines, I train boxing, and I would say the best foods for recovery are Bulalo, Nilagang baka(boiled beef), kaldereta, tinola, chop suey, and pares.
Please can you coach me sir?
Filipino food for recovery, chicken tinola with soup!
he also used to fight dogs for street food in the slums of phillipino land when he was a kid
The dude eats like Goku!
Remember when ppl were saying he would have beat Errol
Cry
Ggg 👍
we filipinos eat a lot of rice , like pacquiao as you can see he eats a lot rice , plenty of rice
best Filipino food for boxing nutrition is Chicken brest Tinola
Best is Filipino chicken, beef, pork dishes style
Lots of calories 😁
The only 8 division world Champion.
