Sugar on first, make sure it's in chunks so that when you brush the maple syrup on 90% of it falls off, then replace the sugar that fell off with twice as much lemon zest. Perfectly reasonable and so much better than just frying it in a pan with a weight on top to cook it evenly.
Everyone’s so creative 😂
My thoughts exactly 😂
Cooking advice, Don't tell people "never cook this way" unless its for safety, people will understandably be upset... Cooking is about creativity and finding out how you like your food cooked, everyones different.
He’s speaking as a chef, efficiency and safety. When you cook in a pan it cooks in its own grease, splatters on you and everywhere, you have to drain the grease, there will be burnt pieces that continue to cook stuck on the pan etc. this way you just throw it in the oven and the grease falls on the tray

As a very committed titans fan, it does not seem vrabel is going anywhere. The reason Robinson was fired was (mostly) due to a disagreement between him and vrabel regarding roster decisions (letting go of a top 10 WR tends to do that). They brought that battle to the owners, with vrabel essentially saying it’s keep me or Robinson. Carthon was picked as the new GM partially because vrabel had heavy input in that decision. It seems, at least to me, that the owners are completely behind vrabel, to the point where he is helping pick out his gm and winning feuds with well respected GM’s like Jon Robinson. Could he be fired at some point if the titans underperform? Absolutely. But I don’t think it will be this year at the very least because ownership has already sided with him on so much.
