Brendan Rodgers above Antonio Conte.....absolute madness.
Conte has made Victor Moses, Marcos Alonso, Giaccherini, Darmian, Young instantly championship winners. All struggled before he arrived, and after he left. He can coach.

They have a limited world view. It's like when Gary Neville said Italy wouldn't progress to the final of the European Championships because "who had they played?" And then they lose to this side they'd written off. Or the constant touting of the EPL as the best league in the world. It's a great league no doubt but Spanish teams have been more successful in European competition in the last 2 decades. Many English people are massively overconfident about their own abilities & knowledge. We call it English Exceptionalism. Rodgers is a good guy but he doesn't have Conte's record. What he does have is an British name.

Conte is massively underrated .He is not a short term manager ,he was just unlucky .The squad can play that system ,they are quality players of the highest level that won’t be a problem. The attacking players will get game because Man Utd play in a lot of competitions .Chelsea and Man City are great example of big squads are necessary to compete in every competition .There’s very few players who can play 50 games a season .
Antonio Conte is the best candidate for Manchester United .343 is not a defensive formation ,there’s a way to play possession/attacking football in every formation. Pogba with another midfielder can play in a double 6 with less attacking responsibility and will get a lot of the ball .

    B: Conte, Rogers, Ten Hag
    C: Pochettino, Potter
    D: Moyes, Zidane, Southgate, Simeone,
E: Solskjaer, Rooney, Martinez, Howe, Allegri
Rogers would be the safe choice but I don't think he would want the job, Conte would also be a safe choice if they want titles. But he's a gamble in the long term. Ten Hag and Potter could be the greatest payoffs but are both gambles and would require time to succeed. Ten Hag would be insane to pick United if he has other options though.

He already proved in Europe, he bought ajax to UCL semifinal, only unlucky to be beaten by spurs. He proved his young team could beat madrid/ spurs/ munchen in the past. This year ajax easily beat sporting 1-5 and dortmund 4-0, so he already proved to be able to build good squad even when he constantly loose player every season.
