I'd hate for Nat Philips to leave Liverpool but he'd be a great signing for Newcastle and not to expensive.
As a Newcastle fan - Don’t really agree with James tbh. Some of his points are unrealistic, others just won’t work. Also he lowkey lost all credibility for me when he kept Lascells in at the start and left out Joelinton!
Joelinton is one of the least likely players to get dropped at the moment.He actually played well as a midfielder
Considering Joelinton is a totally different player under Howe in a new position and has been their best player for over a month now and has put in excellent performances against City and United and Specs has left him out for Jonjo Shelvey is an utter joke.

Newcastle need to bring in some solid loan signings and then rebuild properly in the summer . Aubamayang , Ramsey , Lingard, Nat Phillips, Van De Beek even Martial would all be all good loan with a buy option for 6 months. It’s a shame they didn’t go in for coutinho , tuanzebe and mainland miles as those 3 would’ve been a perfect start in terms of signings

I lost intrest when De Ligt was brought up, I know Sandcastle United are loaded now …but players need to want to come to the club aswell.
Joelinton has been the best player on the pitch for the past 5 games at least so for him to not be in the team is laughable
the starting 11 is completely void without Joelinton in midfield
Dek how he’s not got joelinton in there been class. People still look at his reputation not his form and how he’s been playing

Divock Origi would be a good signing
Joelinton is the first name on the teamsheet at the minute. Respect him
Matt Doherty could be a good signing for Newcastle, he could be used as a wing back, depending on Eddie Howe's style of football at Newcastle.
