The fact that 5 of arsenals players on this list are under 24 and their careers have only just started to ramp up despite this list being “not on current form” is incredible. If your taking current form ramsdale gets in, smith rowe gets in and so does martinelli or lacazette. Lacazette has been more influential for Arsenal this season that Kane. If you are neglecting current form TRULY then you would end up having a Tottenham team of players of previous glory who arent playing at nowhere near the same level now.

I mean have you seen the French team? Event their B team could win the WC, there are that good. Arsenal are basically in the Top 4 because of Ramsdale. Every game he makes an unbelievable save. And as for his "twice-relegated goalkeeper" title, people usually do not get how difficult it is for a Goalie to be a first choice in the PL. Depending on your formation, different players can play different roles, for example, Auba sometimes plays as a striker and sometimes as a winger, Chambers sometimes plays a CB and sometimes a RB, etc.
A Goalie is the only player who cannot switch positions therefore there are less opportunities at the top level.
And You can't blame 1 player for a team's relegation. It just means he was playing in a bad team. Why did Arsenal buy him if he was so bad? Del Piero, Buffon, Chiellini got relegated in 2006, were they bad players?

As a neutral, basing off this entire season rather than form and in a 4-3-3 I'd go Lloris (Ramsdale is extremely close though), Tomiyasu (if Doherty played earlier and didn't get hurt he'd arguably deserve a shout here), Romero, White (Grabriel is very close), Tierny (I'd say Reggy if you want a more attacking option), Hojbjerg and Partey at DM and Odegaard as an AM with Kane, Son and probably Sake off the right. Thats a damn good squad lol

Not a fan of either club but I watch a lot of Premier League. Here's what I think:
    Ramsdale
    Tomiyasu-Romero-Gabriel-Tierney
    Skipp-Ødegaard
    Saka-Smith Rowe-Son
    Kane
Ramsdale has been brilliant this season and at the moment I would pick him over Lloris. It's really close though, I rate both keepers.
Defenders were quite easy for me to pick. Tomiyasu seems super solid, Romero is class (even though he hasn't played that much for Spurs), Gabriel is really, really good and then we have Tierney who's just really awesome two-way fullback.
Yeah, I know that midfield is a bit unbalanced and risky for real games but I had to include those players. Skipp has been the best Spurs player everytime I have watched them play. Ødegaard is quality and creates a lot of chances. ESR is one of my favourite players outside of my club, just ELECTRIC. Gotta love those black boots and low socks, too.
Wingers pretty much pick themselves. Saka is maybe a bit more pass first type of player and on the other side we have Son who has been one of the best goal scorers in the league for many years.
The striker, well there's only one choice here. Even though Kane has been quite poor this season, he can score goals, a lot of goals. He will bounce back. No Arsenal striker is even close (I think Aubameyang is finished tbh).

Removing daft conditions and looking at it as who is genuinely just the better player FOR EITHER SPURS OR ARSENAL AND NOT INCLUDING FORMER CLUBS and using a traditional 433 to accommodate for both teams:
    GK: Lloris
    RB: Tomiyasu
    CB: Gabriel
    CB: Dier
LB: Tierney (Regi may have won europa league but hasn't been as good for spurs as Tierney has been for arsenal)
CDM: Skipp (again basing it purely on the fact that Partey for the most part has been underwhelming at arsenal, mostly due to injury admittedly. Skipp has been fantastic though)
    CDM: Højbjerg
CAM: Odegaard/Smith Rowe (difficult to choose as both have been brilliant)
    RW: Lucas Moura
ST: Lac... nah can't even say him as a joke it's obviously Kane
    LW: Son
