- After a recent health scare, I saw how, in my journey with grief, I began to self-sabotage. That self-destruction made me care less about how I took care of myself.
I am thankful for @coachjttapias for assisting me in my health journey.

I believe that as well. Food can be an addiction
I'm in love with this conversation. This is the real, this is the us.
Not all the picture perfect show boaters, they got nothing true to offer to the rest of us.
This is good stuff right here. Thank you, let me digest. ❤
Uzi looks just like his dad ❤
Checking in from the DMV.
So admirable❤ All the best!
Food is comforting and a legitimate replacement for the love we miss from our people that die
Thank you for the conversation starter
Yeeesss!! I can afford #9 at Jersey Mikes!! 🤦🏾♀️
I am so glad you’re having this conversation. Because I don’t think a lot of overweight people are able to have this conversation. There are many medical causes for being overweight… but a lot of us don’t have those medical causes. Some of it is just binging eating and if you can’t admit that to yourself, then you’ll never be able to fix it.
Great convo
This is real af.
May the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit become the "vice". The dopamine high that'll never run dry. By faith, 🙏🏿🔥 Amen.
He sound so much like Joe Rogan 🔥💪🏾
