    Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
    I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 6 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
    Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.

    Here's an important podcast - we are talking about the steps and phases it takes to build yourself up from the ground up to the highest level.
    We share many stories and experiences from our past in regards to how we managed to eliminate weaknesses, build structural integrity and become "genetically gifted".
    This podcast is ultimately about potential and how to increase it. It's about changing the trajectory of your development and becoming more than you are.
    Nothing that is shared here is obvious - it took a long time to realize even the basic knowledge which the vast majority of the mainstream fitness continues to lack.
    I hope you take the information to your heart and realize that you also are capable of transforming your entire being.

    Currently working on the Athlete 20xx program for the first time in a number of years. My body has become a lot more inbalanced since I last did the program, but I can feel the program already starting to work its magic just after doing a modified version of the program over the last week. Going to try to commit to the program throughout the winter!

    54 yr old former athlete / Canadian Army Veteran full of dysfunction & imbalances from a lifetime of no body awareness and poor movement patterns
    I’m going back to the ground as if I was a toddler (small child) again learning to crawl again 🎯🙏✅❣️
    I intuitively got where you guys are saying I need to be - willing to surrender and start over. Thank you so much for sharing this and for validating my journey - you give me real hope that my efforts and tenacity to use movement to reduce / eliminate my chronic pain !

    Huge insights Samuli and Eero: especially the part on hurting yourself because of a lack of self-esteem is amazing to hear. I've known that for quite some time already with regards to food, but only vaguely with regards to physicality, training even though I noticed it somehow, that my ego made me do things I wasn't ready for.
