I’m a fencer and if you’re not familiar with the sport, it uses a LOT of lunging and knee work. I’m no world class athlete but your program has elevated my ability in this sport tenfold. I went from an average joe who’s pretty good at fencing to a monster on the piste because of my crazy deep lunges and its all because of you. Thank you to you and your team for spreading such a positive and science based approach to building the human body into its best form, it has benefited me so much and I plan on spreading your philosophy and exercises to other athletes around me. People at the gym in HS used to look at me like I was the dumb one when I went through my workouts. But it was never about 'cool', just about longevity. Even my gym teachers didn't understand. I told them if Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant's trainer is endorsing a workout that focuses on these aspects, I'd be stupid not to use it. 15 years later, content like yours and The Bioneer's are gaining traction. Hopefully, people see this and start taking care of their tendons. As more and more people are just launching off, there have been more and more tears.

I think by the end of the year I will try to do the lunge move. Then hopefully if I get more money at my job next year and can turn a split apartment into a place of my own, I’ll add a gym room for some of the stage two stuff and rejoin.

Your knowledge is so vast and should be world renown, it’s amazing to see what we’re capable of as humans and to have someone who specializes in these kind of specifics explain everything so vividly is just pure happiness in my heart. Though I don’t play professionally I consider myself a great athlete because I’m an avid gym-goer and love lifting weights, playing basketball, doing cardio, but most importantly understanding the human body’s physical capabilities. I was born to be an athlete and these videos you put out continue to blow my mind and expand my knowledge on these things as well. Never stop and never give up this passion, you were born for it! At the end of the day if it is not profitable and doesn't keep the current flawed system going it is not beneficial to the institutions and establishment. In other words doctors are not taught how to heal. They are taught how to treat symptoms and keep patients coming back for "medicine" which they get paid extra for. If people were getting healed they would not need to see the doctor for anything more than a checkup/physical.
I've had knee problems since the 90's (Osgood-Schlatters and then Tenditis in 2005) and no doctor could really help or heal me. When I got tendonitis I got a paper from the doctor about runner's knee (I actually had jumper's knee from trying to dunk everyday) and knee cap stretches. That was it. No tips on building muscle around my knee or strengthening my tendons or anything truly helpful. These exercises from Kneesovertoesguy have developed muscles in my legs I didn't know I had while strengthening parts of my body I've never heard a doctor or anyone else speak of such as the Tibialis. After my recovery I'll be entering my first track meet this summer and the results will speak for themselves. I'll also be posting my progress on my channel at some point. Peace.

The system is very precise. Knee Ability Zero uses 10 specific movements to prep for Dense Strength, which uses 20 specific movements to prep for Standards, which uses 20 different specific movements, all progressed from Dense! It’s AMAZING how much one person can transform, but HIGHLY unlikely without following the correct path WITH form coaching along the way. By actual survey, males ALTER the form 90% of the time to a degree which would prevent the end goals of the route from being achieved. (Females are quite a bit better at form.)
Each exercise has a context within the entire system. Every move has a purpose and when mastered with perfect form, allows even MORE gains on the next step, than a regular human could make who didn’t master the previous step first. There’s a lot of data on the internet but I have not seen a system this precise and we still stand alone as the most dedicated team to actually watching and coaching your form after each session. So bias aside, we quite literally work hardest for your dollar.

In late February I tried hitting the backboard infront of my friends and was extremely embarrassed when I failed. I went home and just trained for the jumping aspects and stumbled across your videos and worked on it every day. Within one week I touched backboard and on Wednesday April 13th I touched the rim for the first time making progress so quickly which made me so happy. On Thursday April 14th I went up for a layup which I then got a knee to the thigh and was in severe pain but finished the game of basketball. After school I went to the doctors and I apparently had internal bleeding which turned into a rare thing called compartment syndrome. I was then told I needed immediate surgery and there was a severe risk of losing my leg. Surgery #1 went well but I was hospitalized for 10 days and over that course of time had 4 surgeries. They said the muscle should heal in about 3 months but they don’t know if the nerves that control my leg muscles will ever recover. Even though compartment syndrome has over 10,000 cases annually the surgeons said that what is happening to my leg is a form of it that hasn’t ever been seen or researched so they can’t tell me really how the healing process will go because they are also unsure. If you aren’t afraid of blood or things like that I can send you the picture of my wide open leg through twitter or insta. I know this is a really long comment that you might not even read but I just wanted to say that month and a half of training and me finally hitting the rim was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had due to your information and experience. If my leg is ever able to regain control I will 100% come back here and train every day but for now I don’t think I’m only gonna do workouts on my left leg.

At atgonlinecoaching.com, we have pride in making sure all our exercises can scale to YOUR level! With the guidance of our form coaches and having these options available, you will never have to work through pain, you will be able to improve that pain-free ability, and you can relieve that issue! If it’s a knee issue, chances are our program has helped more people with it than any other!
All the exercises are scalable so anyone can do them! Ben goes over each step of the process and our form coaches make sure you are always working at your pain-free level! We only use exercises that can scale to any level so there is never any doubt about being able to work at a level suitable for you!
Most people will fail due to…
      1. Lack of form coaching
      2. Missing key ingredients (ie. not following the whole program)

You’re right, the act of triple jumping is obviously plyometric in its own right, and he said he would triple jump both ways, eg...right, right, left AND left, left, right, to balance himself out. He also did lots of sprint drills with his arms above his head (which is VERY fashionable now), and was one of the first athletes to incorporate Olympic lifting into his training. In fact, he was 30 years ahead of his time in many ways, or at least his coach was (who I believe was Mike Holmes). And all this he achieved in the North East of England, which has some of the worst training weather in the World.

Definitely subscribing, this is the kinda stuff desperate trainers try to sell and half the time they genetically looked good in the first place, this guy gave credentials, gave in depth videos and explanations, MANY ways to do the workouts and thoroughly explained the importance alongside the proof behind this. He even relates it to many real life experiences.

This is incredible advice, I am studying Sports Science in my own counrty Scotland I have begun to question some of the traditional techniques presented at even elitle level. Range of motion and balance should be priortised at a young age and providing the correct foundations to go on and lift safely while having the best range of motion which will in course provide you with an advantage. Also love the mention subconcious prevention of injury as it's something that again is overlooked by a lot of people.

Hahahahahah to my avail my tibialis and soleus muscles were so ready for action they sprung me back up ,(as I was obviously falling in a knees over toes position) in stride and I didn’t lose a step or have my hand even touch the ground to brace impact….. this stuff works… no question. It's NEVER too late to start working towards your pain free ABILITY....
      First Dunk 39yrs - Success Story: czcams.com/video/lj_AtCwYP7s/video.html
I would NEVER give up hope! Nothing would be more enjoyable (IMO) than dunking with your son!!!
My Knee Ability system is completely repressible and progressive for the most delicate and most advanced athletes....
Zero is the entry level program....
Basically it’s a ZERO weights, ZERO equipment approach to my system, and with particular attention to carefully building from the ground up, for best long-term results!
