Hey mr Patrick, I've been commenting for a while now and am grateful for every single sliver of wisdom you offer. I had a knee injury not so long ago and incorporated ATG and have seen big improvements but im still at the unassisted but elevated stage so Im here to ask. Is it okay of i rest in a deep squat? Not do them but just rest because i wash my school uniform in that position, Full deep squats are painful so i was wondering if im causing further damage? Wish you a long and happy life MR Patrick❤
Really appreciate your support! Would try and find a level you can perform this at pain-free. If a deep squat causes pain, try regressing this. Use assistance if necessary🫡

treadmill turned ON has been a better breakthrough for me than water and backwards walking, it can be used as an even easier regression! the assistance, only wish it went slower, i can slightly push with it but it takes my leg along through the stride

The seated calf raise you demo'ed with the kettlebell, could be improved by putting the foot on a slant board!
Thank you! Slant is a great variation that can be done standing or seated, but is more in the extra flexibility department than basic strength, hence not shown in this particular video.
I torn my calf and sprained my ankle about 5 mths ago can only do simple calf raises and still heavily limping, where do I start?

Slant board is an excellent option! Will give you a greater stretch if you don't have a seated calf raise machine!
Can anyone help me? I dont have knee pain but whenever I do ATG split squat my knees make popping sounds. Should I do it without it (do it really really really slow) or should I not care about the popping? I dont have any pain.

Great video, I have just tried the single leg raise hands against wall and I like it. For gyms without a seated calf raise machine the lying leg curl machine can often be used, sitting at the end of the bench placing the knees under the rollers, if the weight stack is too easy for both calves then do them one leg at a time.
