  • 5 ancient methods, many from thousands of years ago, that produce the most functional physical development known to mankind. WRITTEN ARTICLE about these methods! ➞ vahvafitness.com/5-ancient-me...
    ----
    Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
    I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 6 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
    Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
    Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
    It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

      Very inspiring! I haven't worked out in quite a few years and noticed the one body part that suffered most was pullups, before I could do twenty to thirty and now would be lucky to do three to five. Whereas, I tested myself with pushups and did thirty in thirty seconds. Twenty-five years ago, I did 2,057 squats in an hour and today would be lucky to do one thousand. I do have some work to do over the next couple of years and started again six months ago at age sixty-four.

Just doing the forms, horse stance, monkey crawls, monkey stance, etc., got me in some of the best shape of my life - in my mid to late 40's. Thanks for giving me some ideas to get that edge back without having to go to a dojo or gym. Great stuff.

      Seriously if you stepped foot in any serious martial art school you would have known about these ones, for instances absolutely all of the training presented here from animal movements to dynamic weight lifting to ancient yoga were a part of the training at my gracie barra brazilian jiujitsu academy, so yeah knowing these is cool practicing them with people who actually can teach and correct you is even better, i'm now a coach for kids in this martial arts and it's been a blessing to see them succeed in competition, anyway my message here is never train alone, find yourself a good club and you will go as far you as you wish.

      Hmmm nope, simply are different goals

    • @BringDHouseDown
      @BringDHouseDown Před měsícem

      @@josezamora3365 yes different goals, one simply builds muscle for the sake of building it, with little care for functionality and balance between muscle groups
      the other, whether you like it or not, is going to force you to building all muscle groups in conjunction with each other, keeping them balanced, will provide more than just muscle building but elasticity, flexibility and balance. So you're reaching the same goal of increasing your muscle size and getting stronger, while getting all the other benefits as well. The concept of adding weights to your body or your equipment still applies.
      and even if the goals were different, the point that "this makes more sense" is still true, because this makes your training practical and useful in real life, unlike "I can dead-lift 500 pounds for 2 seconds yo"

    Amazing info in his channel. He started out doing divebomber push ups and squats, and first time he joined a gym, at 60kilo he deadlifted 180 kilo and squatted 150kilo, the first day.

    Beautiful video. My favorite thing about our marriage is that we inspire each other to love unconditionally and readily. We never wait for the other person to act first or feel like we’re owed anything. We both give grace to each other because we believe we are ultimately good people and anything we say or do is never with bad intentions. Mistakes are made not because we are bad people or don’t love each other, it’s because we’re human, and we’re simply around to watch each other grow.
