We had a professor who gave us the creeps and then a few years later got caught in a sting operation like these, but the one he was in was done by the cops. He was married for 15+ years and had 4 maybe 5 kids

Yeah most people get "time served" as part of of a compensation for their sentencing which, itself makes sense BUT being released early on the "good behavior" reasoning is pretty moot since there are NO KIDS in prison so of course his offense wasn't exacerbated while serving

When guys ask if there are really this many people like this out here as a girl that was growing up yes yes there are and as girls I feel like it’s just become normalized for us to just simply ignore it and because we try to ignore it instead of talking about it it leads to a lot of guys not even seeing the problem. I’ve had to list to my brother the many times growing up that I was followed or had pictures or videos taken of me by men when I was a kid. I slept with my blinds open sometimes and one day I woke up to a light flashing on me at 3am and there was a drone watching me through my window. I was a minor. I used to sleep in my underwear too. The next night I checked to see if it would do it again. 3am it came back, so this meant that it had been routinely watching me sleep for who knows how long. I tried to take pictures of it before it flew away, but none of them came out. I told my brother about it and he didn’t believe me. From then on I always keep my blinds shut.

As someone who has actually fainted (twice) before, I can say that his was probably legit. When you faint, it's not like you just go full-body limp, it's you losing consciousness over a brief period of time.
That said, it doesn't make him any less of a child predator, so he can still go to hell

Most crimes allow you to be eligible for parole after you’ve serve either 50% of your sentence or in some jurisdictions 75% of it’s a violent crime. Unless the judge specifically specified no parole or early release. And he did look like he served around 1.5 years of his 3 year sentence which would be half.
