glad someone finally took the time to say the tig rod trick also cut both panels at once
total life saving tricks!!!
thank you
Next project should be a Viper Dakota. Ya know, so the ranger has some competition out on the track.
Already done from the factory Dakota R/T 5.9. And they are absolutely outstanding.
Man that's awesome! I would ruin a thousand fenders before I could get one right 😂
😂😂😂me 2
They left to part out where they had to modify the bumper to match the fender arch!
OMG, That was the Best Photography of welding action ever! Thank you!
I love the channel man! Those tires on that truck are nasty!
12:15 Rip My Eyes 😂
Epilepsy
..... please warn
Felt like I was at a rave!
My legs!, I can't feel my legs!
Ive had a few rangers, this is making me want another
Great ideas. Thank you.
That's a LOT professional of work!
Do a full build video on this. Do more full build videos. I would watch every minute of them.
WOW!🙀
Why didn't you show the Modification of the Front Bumper to correlate with the Fenders? I would have love to see that!
I was wondering the same thing. You can tell they modified the bumper. It matches up to the modified wheel arch perfectly!
I have the stock 4 liter Ranger and it's got more than enough power to step out on a regular basis . I can't imagine a V8 and how hard that would be to daily . But then i don't have independent suspension from a Mustang either .
Lotta heat there.
Now I wonder if I can push my IFS forward on my 4x4 (FX4) Ranger for better weight distribution AND a better Angle of Approach (or Attack, as I for some reason prefer to call it).
100% gonna look at it....though my powerplant will be a sedate 300+ Hp/torque supercharge, not a drag or race truck.
I don't usually say that looks sick.
So I won't. That looks great !
I wish I had a step-by-step showing how much this cost I have a 98 Ford Explorer that I want a mod out similar to this
Kevin is such a freaking genius 👏
hell yeah!
At 6:48 it looks like he cut away the bottom flange of the forward donor fender but it is still there later. Maybe an inner reinforcement causing an optical delusion?
Jesus H Christ. 12:20 epilepsy warning
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Couldn't the Mazda fenders donate the wheel arches? or junkyard some fancy ones even...
Idk why mustangs get a bad rep for mowing down crowds of ppl.
I know it's funny, but it's not the car. It's the idiot behind the wheel that dosen't doesn't know how to drive.
I've had many mustangs and this same exact model of ranger with a 302 swap.
I never had to worry about rolling over ppl leaving anywhere.
Anywho, great video. Keep this awesome content coming! 🚘
The rims on it look better than the ones you have picked out for it. Geeeez :(
This was like 10 years ago btw
@@robertbruce700 ? What was
But them cobra R rims actually look good on it lol
Those are the 04 cobra wheels but yeah your right look way better than the ones they put on it I thought they were gonna use them
There's those words again.... "going away"
Didn't you also need to extend the cowling and hood?
why would they do that. the fender is still the same length
What year is this thing?
I thought they were gonna use the 04 cobra wheels look way better than the ones they put on it
Nos will double or triple your rpm if you granny shift
What will the end cost be for the truck be.
50000 in parts and labor would b cheaper to buy vette
I like this project very much
Is this a re-release?
Feels familiar
These projects were on TV about 10 years ago.
0:46 "we're gonna have this pickup handles like a MUSTANG"
oh god, i hope not
They'll have to dispatch warnings to local Cars n Coffee meets to beware of both Mustangs and this Ranger.
Hopefully when the cars that crash, your part of the crowd they hit.
haha this is the comment I really wanted to see.
Wow
How much does all this cost? Time how much time?
How big is your shop?
1:38 slap this motha on here!
Hahah smacked the hell out the rim
How safe is that in a accident. Seems like a lot of chopping.
Y'all did a great job on that truck it looks like a showroom vehicle
Looking good
Why would you ever want anything to handle like a New Edge!? but I guess it is a realistic goal 1 can achieve at home with google and harbour freight jack stands.. nvm pile of scrap metal stands are safer xD
Nois brasileiro gostamos de falar e trabalhar menos conversa e mas trabalho obrigado
Porquê vocês falam tanto meu Deus
I wonder where this truck is now and if it has held up? I know they've reenforced the frame but man, extending the wheel base that far cannot not be good if/when you're hauling a full load
I highly doubt with that independent rear suspension they're hauling anything plus I feel like this is a pretty dedicated truck
I don’t think there gonna be hauling anything with this truck
Its a track truck, not a work truck. No one even uses rangers for hauling in the first place.
Haulin' Ahhh BUTT! and not much more!
Doesn’t look right with the long fender
$100k to modify a ranger to handle like a $10k mustang. Cool project, but I don't see this being a popular build path for the aftermarket (considering this video is a decade old)
Those wheels tho
they look nice
I would have stretched the whole front end the 4”. Made the truck longer. Always looks bad a$$ stretched.
👏👏👍👍🤙🤙
using a large piece of aluminum on the backside will help greatly with the heat
Я тут один который нехрена не понимаю что он несёт но я подписался)))?
That part one with the Marauder motor was a complete waste of time and resources, also the irs just magically appeared.
Altered states.
I liked the mustang wheels better lol
Covid19 😷
I love this episode but you may be giving people seizures with that sped up tack welding
Awesome work. Let’s make it easier. Modify the mustang you were robbing the parts from to begin with and skip the frame work, welding, body work etc. you’d be done in half the time and have a mustang, not a Mazda.
Seven people had a high speed welding seizure, which caused them to click the wrong thumb.
I love the show I watch it every weekend I was wondering if you could help out A person who watches your show with a little Bit of page I have a 2001 Chevy S10I would love to painted the copper color but I cannot afford it because I am on social security I am 75% disability and I am making it by the skin of my teeth please comment back thank you very much I love this show
From what I've seen, i would not want Mustang handling in my vehicle !!
As seen these cars tend to end up in a crowd of people or into a tree !!
That's because the drivers can't handle the car
Nothing to do with the mustang its idiots who can't handle power that crash em, I see the same thing happen with camaros and challengers too It's the driver not the car
Wow, why the heck would you even think of extending a front end. Now you created more work. So your saying then the engineers were too stupid in their design.
the engineers did not intend these trucks to be used on a track at presumably high speeds.
Not too stupid. Totally different purpose.
Engineers didnt engineer a V8 in it lmfao.
It's called Hot Rodding. Some of yall need to look into it.
1st
You give head to fish.
Why keep calling that Mazda a Ford Ranger? I know your trying to make it look like one but no matter how hard you try a "turd will always be a turd no matter what you do" LOL.
Good Ol Boy #76 it’s literally built by ford, it’s a ranger. And definitely not a turd
Yeah stupid
