Nothing better than listening to a experienced guy in calesthenics, I got injured even after warm ups, so what I did was search the body part which I got injured and I got video's to relax that body part (warmup excercise by doctor's) and incorporate those movements inside my warmup session. Now no injuries.
I think it would be cool to have a video on building strength, power, and endurance. Just mini examples of each while explaining the differences and adding recommended progressions. For example, maybe statics for the strength, explosives for the power, and an example of endurance for the muscle. Just some suggestions. I'm not a beginner, but I think these topics would help me progress further with my L-sit, pull ups, etc. Many thanks and keep up the amazing workđđ€

I have one request if you could upload videos for very beginner friendly, talking about people who still canât perform pull-ups even with resistance band.
Just something to work on the push-ups muscle and pull-ups muscle.

Do you have a program for healthy 65+?
I'm 65+ and using Adam's project shred. I got it 6 months ago. Adam shows several ways to perform each exercises using easier techniques. I am very satisfied.
can i as a beginner work both on strength and tricks same time?
I am really a beginner. How do you train the muscles if you have never done any of those?
Bro when i try to do pike push up my shoulders are getting hurt,pain at bone area and when i try do close grip pull up my left wrist hurting just not only hurts and while get my chin up at close grip arm getting down approx 2cm down but my wrisy is at same position. It just seems like all the joints at wrist part are detatched. I hope you could get me a solution.

Of course you can. Whether you will do it or not is a different story. Consistent strength training while meal prepping all of your meals. Iâve seen people in their 60âs totally diced and not on TRT but that level of dedication is not for everyone.
