This will be my 3rd year back to the game after 20 years off. Playing my Zing2 set to knock the rust off my game but I’ve hit the 230s and really liked them. Not a fan of the hollow irons and not good enough to hit true blades. Still a big fan of cavity back clubs but really love forged feel.
I’m looking forward to comparing these to the 230s !

No way, AJ! S20C (Miura) is the best feeling club material out! That being said, I've heard a lot of great things about these.
Good job guys. Already have mine on order plus half an inch with KBS tour, blue dot 4-p. The exact same set up I carried 12 years ago in my S 55s which I have fond memories of. Can you compare the softness of this iron to another brand? The only other company that comes to mind using 3620 is Wilson. Thanks
This is an iron I really want to test. I play i210s and the i230s just didn't do it for me - spin fell off a little and I felt it lacked a little bit of control compared to i210, although as always that could be just me.
I love the look of the Blueprint S only issue, like the i59, it seems a bit smaller than my i210 so the 5i (my longest iron) might be a bit scarily small for me! But I could go i230 for the 5i
Based on the video it looks like the S has a bit more spin and a bit more control than before. Maybe it is a direct replacement for my i210s.
Also I do feel sorry for Captain Ballspeed, in that temperature the hands are really going to feel it
As someone that plays i230’s. I can say that the 5 iron is very nice. Very forgiving.
I’ve always been a huge Mizuno fan. These vs 243s thoughts?
Our thoughts are to try both!
I compared in the store and the Mizunos have the ability to feel softer, and have a better sound at impact. However, these felt so solid that it gave me even more confidence and were better on Mishits. Can’t go wrong with either, but I’m going with Ping! +2 handicap for reference. Cheers!
@@AndyStahlman I’ve tried both multiple times. I’m biased towards a PX LZ 6.5 shaft which ping I couldn’t test. I’m a 12 hdcp with mid high 90s 7i thing 243s I hit very well but sometime could over cook them the pings didn’t feel nearly as good to me but my misses were better. My good hits were better with mizuno though so I’m lost at what to do

That's something AJ was actually thinking about. Then he hit the Blueprint S Long irons and loved them. So I'd try out a demo set
