I use your warm up video, from years ago, daily before my workout. I'm 67 years old and still gettin' it
I took about a month off from burpees. Still lifting weights and boxing but no burpees. Rolled them back in this week and what a difference. Something about the burpee just keeps the mind and soul focused. Lots of respect for the Iron Wolf!

I have been so f*cking tired yesterday, but after getting the heartrate up and a sweat going I had a good workout.

It's been a couple of weeks now now that every single day I feel wrecked and in the "I'll take only today off" mood. I'm on a 10 days training streak. Just go through the motions and get the job done. I guarantee you're gonna run unstoppable like a diesel just after 10 minutes.

I just did two rounds of the legs and lungs pyramid that I learned from the man himself. My fave routine. I also love these high pump routines. When it's a pull-up and dip day I'm bummed b/c I'm not doing burpees.
You can always add 50 1 pumps before and after the workout

Does it make sense not to push it if you are feeling sluggish one day or like you aren't performing at your greatest ?
I have been following along with your December challenge, and If I say so myself... crushing the workouts haha. Has really given me far more energy than the standard Bodybuilding type routines I was doing with Calisthenics.
But today I was struggling. I'm not even sure if it was more load than any of the previous ones I have done ?

Really struggled getting towards that 50 number with the seals. And ended up only doing about 15-25 of them before going onto the 1 pumps unbroken.
I havn't cut corners on any of the routines so far, but, today it was seeming impossible. Maybe I wasn't pacing myself well, but felt like I was doing 1 or 2 then having to rest a bit...
Am I failing to improve and build endurance/muscle by rolling back those numbers a bit today ?
