I too went out today on empty stomach to hit the park and blast my routine. Best feeling getting it in before lunch or in the AM on weekends.
And in summer times when its scorching hot outside and people walk by and see you repping burpees by the hundreds... You can see by their looks its 50/50 admiration and taking souls! Pushes you even more to go harder 😂😂
Then the cold shower back home. Amazing!
100% mate. Best time to train no doubt. I feel it in the mornings, like it’s so much harder. On Thursdays and Fridays I usually wrk from home I punch out a morning session.

Thank u sir awesome channel. Any suggestions for starter routine? The q and a video has 50-100 1 pumps one on one off.
Just my opinion but I would say a solid beginner goal to reach is 100 - 1 pumps in 12 - 15 minutes. I suggest every workout begins with a full body warm up and finishes with a full body cool down stretch routine.
Use a timer to track your progress. Run in place in between burpees.

@@jeannazario2996 You're welcome. Hope it helps you get started. You're going to find that 15 minutes will give you plenty of time in between each burpee to jog in place a few steps and get a breath or two before the next burpee but once you're able to knock out 100 in 12 minutes you will be more than ready for the same workout with 2 pumps or increasing the total number of burpees per 12 - 15 minute session. I would maybe recommend going from 100 to 120. 120 to 140 and so on. Good luck to ya.
