10 rounds with 20lb weighted vest:
10 70lb kettlebell swings
10 squats
10 burpees
10 lunges (each leg)
This is a great routine that hits every muscle in your body. You’re going to burn a tremendous amount of calories because you’re hitting huge muscle groups and plus with the weight vest it’s an additional stressor.
You can use this when you are short on time or want to train in a 30 min time frame. I used it as a way to break the jet lag after my trip.
Restarting after achiles tendon rupture and long rehab period. Wolf gives me much inspiration to get my body and mind back on track. All the best from Finland
I'm just starting back into calesthenics after nearly 4 months out with a rotator cuff injury. Feels great to be back doing the workouts, and being out for such a long period of time for me made me miss the suffering of a savage workout. Thanks wolf, always good to see you put these varied sets up, and despite that, we've still got to man up and put the effort in. Respect to you for doing all this for the community, no other person has single handedly made such a positive impact to my attitude towards personal fitness, nor has anyone shown that even beginners can crush a lot more than they think they can with the right mindset and nurtition, plus the maintenance of warm ups and stretching

@@1zlach good luck in your recovery! Mine was jumping back into heavy deadlifts too quickly after a couple of years off. Still had the hip strength, central nervous system wasn’t ready for the shock though. Entirely my fault and damaged rotator cuff and impinged my nerve all the way from my next to the tip of my right thumb. Sleeping for the first couple of months was ‘interesting’. Did 4 rounds of the weighted vest routine, was shit but in a good way haha
Keep on pushing! I'm recovering from very bad achilles tendon rupture. We will make our way back!
Started the iron wolf routines about 3 months ago when Crossrope routines came out. This routine, like the others, are incredible. At 64, I love the challenge of each one. Thank you! I added an 11 round with this current workout without a 20 lbs weight vest, and I felt like I was flying! Thank for challenging us each day!
I love these types of routines. I recently joined a gym and love the feeling of churning out a grinder like this while others are power lifting. Sure there are benefits to both workout styles, but I think these Ironwolf workouts provide real world functional fitness versus the aesthetics style workouts, which I’m not mad at those who choose that, I think though for health and longevity, Wolf is king.

Two of your best workouts by far are the 30 minute ones with the kettlebell. I love all your workouts and I’ve done a lot of them and they kick my ass 20 times over. But these 30 minute ones are beast! Like you said Wolfe it’s a soul crusher👍🏾
Your inspiring many to get into a solid routine, i was watching u tube, and saw 3. Para mortar platoon, grinding out the burpees. Keep it going burpees are the best.
I would say a great workout even without a weight vest. I am currently doing my own Iron Wolf July Challenge. Only 6 cts and squats, no alcohol and no refined sugar. The July Challenge is legendary for me. The 30th day of the challenge in 2021 and 700 6 cts with Body Armor from Iron Wolf are simply inimitable. More motivation and discipline cannot be found on CZcams.
ps. Legs biggest muscle group and you almost sweat the same amount like after an one hour session.
Used also my 10 kilo weight vest, but replaced the K-swings with dumbbells and did hammer curls 15 Kilo each arm, squats and burpees stayed almost the same and instead of doing ten front lunges each leg I did 5 front and 5 back lunges...feels more ballanced to my opinion. All in all a stupendo 10 rnd wod, mille grazie lupo di ferro and as always keep up the good work, the positive spirit and attitude and stay safe mate...peace out & sauerkraut, word

Wolf, I understand your under no obligation to answer this but what's the best workouts for fat loss? I can keep up with you rep for rep with the War Machine routines etc or high rep press ups but still carrying too much blubber. I understand there's no magic pill or routine, but what would be your go to routines to accelerate fat loss. High rep burpees perhaps?
