Hey roberta, im following your exercise from past 4 to 5 months.. Actually im already slim my age is 21 and my weight is 40 to 42 something.. Please upload exercises for slim people so that we do not get slim from these exercises.. I just want to exercise and do not want to lose more weight, i hope u understand 🙃

How many days should I do this and days of rest?

Result may take longer for some people, as it depends on factors such as age, physical conditioning, initial weight etc. A healthy diet is essential for both weight loss and decrease of the percentage body fat so make sure that you also watch out on your diet- avoid sugar and grains and have seasonal fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated and workout regularly atleast 3-4 days a week. Hey, @user-vs3zs2zd4y! You won't see these results in a quick amount of time especially if you’re just starting to do workouts. Weight loss depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, diet, and how hard you train. As you know, excess body fats cannot be burned in a very short amount of time - it's not healthy and it's not natural either. You need to workout continuously and to watch your diet to achieve the results you want to see. Ideally, if you do it right, you will see results within 3-4 weeks of continuous routine. Good luck!💪
