Week 1: done
Week 2: done
So far I do see some neat results. My face got more defined and less childish (I'm a teen) and I did not only get a more defined jaw, but also even something of a little of visible cheekbones (just a tiny winsy but, but it's not nothing)
Imma continue doing these and probably wrote about the results
Week 3: done
Week 4: meh, my mental health kinda kept me from doing them every day but my face overall has become much much more defined.
Week 5: done
Week 6: done, even tho due to the holidays I admit that I ate a bit more than I should, so it may look a lil less defined
Week 7: done and my mom said my face looks weird, which means that it got thinner and more defined. Thus my cheekbones are starting to get visible :D
Week 8: they're getting more visible each day I love it
Week idk: So, I've been doing this for a couple of months now and all I can say is that my face is now much more defined and that my cheekbones are much more visible now. That little 'workout' turned into a casual part of my routine and my face defines visibly after doing this for the day. I really recommend it to everybody ;}

@@altheaaringo7309 I think I'm sorta heart faced, but I'm kinda chubby, therefore my cheeks are rounding it up a bit. Overall my face just got much more defined and my cheekbones are kinda visible now, so I definitely recommend this ;}

It works !!...After 23 days of starting the exercise...some lines are visible when I pout and cheekbone lines a little visible when I smile...
I'm still doing it to achieve the perfect results....

Be careful especially for the second exercise to not really strain your muscles or clench your teeth too much in the process. I've developed a slight TMJ disorder most likely from the second one(because theres more pain when I do that one), otherwise, these, exercises work very well! I've seen a difference in just a several weeks

I do care. I’m a 40 year old man that has been more then interested in taking care of myself. Even after having two kids.. ok well my wife went through it. But anyway point is that I am definitely working on my health, face, and overall appearance.

Sis plz give tips to reduce oily skin especially in face naturally
My advise is to always use cold water to wash your face, use rose water as a toner, use a gel based face wash & definitely apply sunscreen. Also use oil blotting paper or a face mist if your face is oily during the day.
@@pooja350use a gentle cleanser like the cerave foaming cleanser, then use niacinimide (a good one is from the ordinary) then make sure you moisturize (my favourite is the moisturising lotion from cerave). A common misconseption is that if you have oily skin moisturising will make it worse. But this usually makes it worse. The skin is making up for its lack of moisture by producing excess oil. And like Pooja said, you should always apply sunscreen.

I tried this and it worked, i can see results within a week. Before my face was round and no cheek bones. But now it's slim and got cheek bones but not to high. If I do this continuously I will get. I am really very happy to see me in mirror. After doing this exercise I can feel the difference. I done this for 3 weeks. Thank you so much 💕💕💕, you are really amazing

I don't feel any pressure on skin or my muscles while doing this exercise, so would that still work ?
Please dont believe these videos.Cheekbones are genetic.Models like cara delivigne and grace Elizabeth have low cheekbones.the only thing you can do is lose weight.
She is just spewing for views.I am sure she did not do these exercises to get the face she has.
If you do these too much it can cause more wrinkles

I have high cheekbones on my left side and it is more well defined than my right side.
And this is because I always chew from my right side and I always sleep on my side.
On my right side I get dimples but not on my left
Simple habits like chewing and sleeping made 1 side of my Face stronger.
I hope this helps me....i will be trying this on my right side.
Dont do it in one side I will cause damage to the other one
