    In this video, I have shared a very effective exercise to tone your Jawline and get the V shape. There’s also a Face massage technique for lymphatic drainage and defining your V line. This helps in cheek fat reduction and lifts your sagging lower face.
    When your skin loses elasticity you will notice your Cheeks, double chin and jowls start sagging. Facial yoga exercises can really help you look younger without make up or Botox.

    You are combining "workout" of the muscle "stretching" and "massage" and I think that what you're proposing here in this video is just "perfect" specially the "order" of the 3 steps because we have to warm up the platysma before the stretch we should never stretch a cold muscle it can cause a loss of muscle elasticity (turkey neck)

    You are very expressive and energetic, and a joy to watch. But, while I understand the importance of explaining how the correct techniques have an impact on your face, and how every movement and expression is connected, perhaps there could have been parts that could be skipped to avoid the video becoming too long and tiresome.
    If I may, and because of our unawareness of the facial movements we make when we speak, I have learned that we should avoid frowning our eyes and our forehead, prone to causing wrinkles. And yet, you do it quite often which is somewhat contradictory to what you are conveying:)
    Thank you for such an instructional video! Looking forward to watching more.

    Oh please....... You are beautiful and young no wonder you are so positive.... It gives you an incredible boost when people admire you.... (i know been there... ) what amazes me is how obsessed everyone is with beauty, face yoga, perfect features, fake beauty with pefect make up when they are all still under 40!!!! When you reach 50 sagging is inevitable no matter what you do, you can help a little but you can never recover the jaw lines and cheeks that you once had!!! I know because i tried everything and i had many admirers..... Once the jaws dropps only professional beauty salons can help and again to a certain extend.

      ...I have heard for one to stop ( or greatly reduce). drinking coffee / caffeine drinks will help this. It’s conversely interesting that using products ‘under’ eyes ‘ with caffeine’ (topical use) though can help reduce bagging and some of the vascular issue. If you can’t do that- I have seen that it is tied up with liver and / kidney deficiency, many ways to do this ( can’t remember which or possibly both). Also computer screen / phone blue lights can give dark circles- try getting some blue light blocker glasses or a lot less screen time. Milk thistle supplement has helped me / my liver and reduced a bit of the super dark hue. Careful with this supplement as it has bowel tolerance levels for some people, or I would take it more!
