inspirational, yea love proline tires, more grip but like street buggy setup on my terra scorcher, great paint work
A racing fighter is about 125$. But there is something kind of endearing about a buggy like this
These are very underrated Tamiya buggies
cool buggy, super cool but lets be honest this is like strait up old school. If you are buying it enjoy it for what it is, and old style buggy. Think ill go order one now.
Very cool! Luv these buggies 👌
I got a Rising Fighter from Australia painted like a Super Hornet. I actually replaced the gearbox with an actual Super Hornet gear box and bumper. Runs really good! Basically the Rising Fighter is the Super Horner II
Yeah it's a shame they didn't cash in on the Hornet lineage with it
Please can you provide a link or name the tyres. Desperately need these on mine. Cool video!
Try reducing the steering sensitivity or "dual rate" on loose dirt or gravel to reduce oversteer.
In this case was less about the steering and more the diffs and lack of traction from the rear wheels (the axles kept hopping up) that was causing the issue.
I really like the paint job, even though it's a bit beaten up. What type of paint do you recommend for painting on abs/composite?
Thanks! It's inspired from Spoon Racing, a Honda tuning company. I'll do a fresh one now that I've finished beating this one up 😆 Any spray paint meant for plastic/metal will work as long as you clean and lightly scuff the body. For all my hard bodies the paint is just from Walmart lol
great video! What speeds can we reach in this buggy with plastic gears and plastic differential, without sweeping them or wearing them out in the first runs? with a 2s lipo and a 12 turns brushing? can we have fun with 21mph without sweeping the spreads?
The transmission in this buggy is extremely well made and can handle a lot of power, which means you should have plenty of high speed fun for years.
@@guymarotta2596 thanks my friend
Could you tell me why the 'Hoosier' tire markings aren't facing outward?
I just wanted a regular black sidewall look
What tyres are on this buggy?
yea, hwut tires ?
