The only real solution is to just refuse to send children to public schools, educate them privately or at home and select the curriculum that you decide is adequate, appropriate and acceptable.

I dropped out my senior year and got my GED. I learned more working in the real world than I ever did in school, college.
Trade school is where its at, if one does decide to go that route.

So the easy answer is to have small open meetings with each class and explain the benefits of the curriculum and ask for suggestions for improvement. To the parents, schools get their funding from your tax dollars and from the government based on enrollment. Pull every child from those schools. CLOSE THEM DOWN! Parents pay their wage, makes them your employees! Parents you have already had a year of home-schooling. Find teachers who are against this and group pay them to teach your kids! Draw up a legal contract that gives you the power to choose what is taught. Find legal representation to stop all taxes paid to that school stopped. So the lose that and federal aid when no child goes there.
