  • My search for a tank bag led me to this tiny package but it is proof that smaller can be better. The bag fits my CB500X just so, is well-made, and I could not be more please with the purchase. Check out this and Mosko's other offerings on their website: moskomoto.com
    Let me know what you think and what tank bag you're riding with!

    I'm wall to wall Mosko, Pico should be on my doorstep Tuesday... only negative I can think of is the addiction to their gear and apparel, once you get started, you begin tapping the kids retirement fund pretty quickly

      I can understand that... I’ve been trying to decide which bit of their kit to purchase next. Maybe a tail bag or a saddle bag set, if I can find a suitable rack to hold em! What bike do you have all kitted out?

      @@kfotomoto the rackless 10 fits nicely without anything but installing a couple clips included, no rack needed and still sorta minimalist with endless possibilities for expansion as needed. Think I'm starting to sound like a MM commercial!

      Oh those look great! Any chance you could email me a photo of these on your bike? Very curious to see how the fit. Good to use with a pillion?

      @@kfotomoto will do. I've actually got, rackless 10, 40, & 80. A nomad tank bag (pico on the way!) A handful of their smaller bags that molle up to the bigger bags and some straps and a pair of woodsman pants... just a bit out of control! Working today (gotta pay for all this crap I barely have time to use) but I'll get u some pics soon. Just awesome gear and having "the right tool for the job" is an obsession

      Legend, thank you! I really worry about the fitment of their kit on this bike but I'm looking at that Reckless system now. It does seem perfect plus offers all that amazing expandability for when I add more of their kit :D

    Greetings from Ireland, purchased a new cb500x a few months ago and I am looking for a tankbag. Do the rear tie down straps cause any wear marks on the tank paintwork?

    • @kfotomoto
      @kfotomoto  Před 3 lety

      Hallo! I have seen no rubbing whatsoever from the rear tie-downs. Once I had the sizing of the straps and riser yoke tight, the straps hardly move at all. The zip ties included in the box are super sturdy and hold everything very well.
      How are you enjoying the bike?

      CB is miser on fuel, really enjoying it! Had all sorts of bikes over the years, dont need big fast bikes anymore!

      Agreed there on the fuel! I've been averaging 70+ mpg here around the city
