I got a hair transplant in Turkey too, that was 2 years ago the result was excellent to a point where people think I look 25 years young when I am 40. I watched your video and you showed some fewer density spots, I had the same too. I went and did Scalp Micropigmentation in the less dense area and the donor area that was extracted (the donor area looks patchy). And now my hair looks very dense when grown and when I buzz cut it, the donor area looks flawless like it has never been extracted. Cheerz and keep us posted on the progress of your hair.

First Cut your hair very short , look at all the spots that look light , consult with a Scalp micropigmentation artist to get SMP covered in the frontal area of the head where you had the transplant . And do SMP in the donor area in the back too where it looks patchy where the hair was extracted. After 3 sessions of SMP you will look FRESH and young with the mane of a lion 🦁 in his prime .
Oh and by the way watching your video i see that the donor area at the back shows patchy spots because of the hair extracted .If the SMP is done correctly the patchy spots in the back will look natural because of the small dots of ink that they place in the patchy spots that look like hair . Also the line at the back of your head won't be visible anymore because of the small dots of ink they place on it , that looks like real hair. See if you like the Cantu Custard. It might dry a little hard but, it's good for bringing out the texture of my hair. They also have a coconut spray with a light hold that I like. Lately, I've been trying the Hawaiian Silky gel and I like it.

Gorgeous hair! Perhaps try Gummy Professional wax ultra hold red/black tub along with water/conditioning spray for curl definition. It can be sticky to apply but I’ve not known it to have any flakes

Just remember to have a plan and address the reason you are losing hair in the first place. If not, chances are, you will not see the results that you want.
@@iamriop im 39 soon to be 40, and i was gonna get a hair transplant back in 2018 and the doctor told me if your hair lost is hereditary, to use rogaine. And it has worked and thats what i been using since but as of lately it’s not too affective as it once was

Maybe insert a picture of the look you're going for so it's easier to recommend products that can be used to achieve it.
And it's a combination of products and techniques. Try different ratios and layering methods. A hair sponge may be good for you too, as it clumps the curls and smooths the frizz.

You should start combing through the conditioner when you wash it to help define the curls. I think simply swishing your hands around your hair won’t work. When my hair was longer I used to manually twist my hair all over and release in the morning for really beautiful defined curls they would separate all over and I would use a wide tooth comb to help with that. The type of hair we have we can’t just sue our hands. I think we have similar texture hair but mine may be slightly more looser

My hair is going because of immune and intestinal issues , my body basically is fallen apart but the stress and malnutrition from intestinal issues especially are hurting my hair . I have watched this whole video and haven't seen you use a curl sponge at all... if you want the curls on the top, you gotta curl sponge it my brother... But your hair looks great! I have been thinking about getting a hair transplant for a while now. I've lost almost all my hair at the front of my head. I'm not sure how many grafts I'll need but more importantly how long does it last? I have heard it doesn't last for long.. Is that true?

You may want to try a denman or detangling brush to help the curls clump when using a styling cream
Im a barber and trust me when i say youre hair is nowhere near over-harvested, because i see clients with much worse hair. The second thing is you have the benefit of the straight line up front because usually we line up people with afro hair. But for people with normal straight hair that straight line just gives it away that its a hair transplant. Anyway i think youre results overall are impressive! Keep it up!👍🏽

Thank you for this video. I wasn’t aware that oral Minoxidil was an option. I’ve never had a decent experience with Topical Minoxidil, so was always spotty with using it
Glad I could help! Yeah, the oral version works much better for me. Just be sure to consult with a doctor and monitor the use for the first month or two… just to ensure that there are no adverse side-effects.

I think a little smp in the lighter area of your donor would help a lot. Check out good life joes channel. He got smp for his light spots.

Hey guys, just so know: the hairs on the crown are the least sensitve to DHT, for most guys, you can restore your crown with just finasteride. And if you add oral minoxidil, you most definitely will restore your crown. However, the hairs on the temples and hairline are the most susceptible to DHT, unfortunately, once they're gone you really can't bring them back with Fin/Min. A hair transplant is the only way to bring back the hairline and the temples.

Guess what after many years of research and trials I seen people do this treatment and succeeded and I know the practitioner that does the treatments. I am about to do it in 6 months time, Wet cupping (Hijama) on the scalp permanently stops hair loss after 3 sessions.

I am a Turkish guy who had a transplant and i do not recommend that clinic at all. There are much better options around the same price. They are actually one of the worst. They are not medical professionals, they have merchant mentality.

@@sandrachiamaka6270 I strongly recommend "Elit Hair" cause the manager of that clinic used to worked with my surgeon dad and she confirmed that they are very professional. Also they use sonar devices in order to detect which layer of the skin is suitable for transplant. Besides of that i personally talked with them about my current issues and unlike merchant clinics they did not wanted to do transplantation right away. Even if i insist the doctor had the most economical approach for my donor area. Which he recommended least amount of grafts for the best possible result. They seemed honest to me and I might go there in future months for very small touch up.
@@sandrachiamaka6270 Always keep your donor in mind for possible future needs. More grafts does not mean better surgery. Mega sessions have lower succes rate for each graft. Instead of mega session, It is better to have 2 small operations for the optimum usage of your donor area.

Yes, you have to wait at least two months from my experience and research
I’ve done enough research that I’m not going to touch finasteride. The risk definitely outweighs the benefits. I’ve observed a lot of CZcams videos and reached out to a few people. Most of them say it was about a month after they quit the drug is when everything hit them.
Just be careful guys when choosing to take these meds.

I felt some type of way with FIN, so 7 months in I'm using Advanced Trichology DHT blocker. Of course not as potent, but maybe better then nothing.
Sucks man I also am sensitive to fin and get bad sides. Which is the main reason I have not gotten a HT as I don’t want the receding to continue after HT. Not sure what to do.

I knew couple that didn't take it, only hair supplements, again not everyone is the same.thwy were about 4-5 years in looked fine... I told myself if it can last 4-5 years I'll be happy ill just cut it all off 😆. Turkey prices is doable u won't feel guilty.
