You’re one of the few African American men that hair transplant turned out to look full and natural. This looks good! Money well spent
Thank you! A lot of it comes down to the individual and whether they’ve taken the steps the alleviate the reason for hair loss. But of course there can be other factors as well.
@@iamriop what clinic and what is your regiment??
I've seen plenty that came out great
Nah he's one of the many do your research
I see no signs whatsoever of overharvesting. You've got excellent density as well. The length you've chosen maximizes your density. This is a great result!
Your hair looks amazing! …always quality content ❤
Dude it looks great. Like you accomplished a miracle.
Your results look really good 👍
Your hair looks phenomenal!
THIS IS SO DOPE SEEING ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAV CZcamsR go through the same struggles ! Thinking about going to Turkey as well!
Thanks, Robert! Glad I was able to help in some way.
So pumped for you.
Great results man! Looks good
Just seeing your videos RIO P. Well, let me tell you, you're blessed to have your transplants work out for you. I was around 28 when I started my journey and went to a transplant office in Washington, DC where I live. I still had good amount of hair, but was thinning the crown area so I was wearing my hair thick. I got a couple of bank loans for the first two which were not many grafts. Back then, around 1995, 1996, They were beginning to do mega grafts sessions (multiple of thousands of grafts. I know I've had way too many procedures done, like about nine! The surgery scar had widen so much on the back of my head to at least four to six inches wide. Last doctor finally closed the wide stretched surgery scar to a small thin line across back of my head. He even gave me steroids' shots into the scare areas to help the scar not to stretch out again and let me tell you. Hurt like HELL! 🥵 Even the most bald guy should I would think now days, only need about three procedures and maybe another later for fill in. I think I paid about $20K for the grafts I had implanted, and I feel a lot of them didn't even take (grow). I now am gearing for SMP (scalp micropigmentation) and thankfully, there a really good office in Maryland that does really exceptional SMP. I just don't have enough donor hair for any more transplants. They supposed to have been able to grow follicles in the lab by now. But, oh well. 🙁 Also, the more they go in and remove the follicle strip the more donor area is depleted. I didn't know that either.
I don't have any balding, but a small area of thinning from locs. I may need SMP n the next 10 yrs. Where is the place n MD?
Looks fantastic fella. Great vids.
hair looks amazing brody
Thank you.
Looking good bro, it was defenetelly worth it, happy to see this!!!
This is awesome thanks for the information brotha
It looks really good!
It looks great man
Thank you for posting this video.
bro it looks amazing its such huge improvement
Wow it really came out amazing. Congratulations 😍.
Hey I hope this isn’t too late, but I believe if you going thru the 360 wave process, you will DEFINITELY get a dope curl pattern. I have ur texture hair and I love how I’ve been able to tighten up my curl pattern. The wolfin phase really is when you will get the benefit of wearing the curly blowout and The waves.
it looks great!!
Your hair looks great 😊
Thank you! 😊
This is so informative ❤️
Pal that looks great well done that clinic
This is the video that make me wanna get my transplant!!
Your hair looks brilliant. I think you’re just conscious of it because you are aware of the procedure, but if you never told anyone you had a hair transplant , I’d never know at all. I’d honestly be very happy with your hair results 😎
Your hair looks great. A natural way to bring your curls out without chemicals is Aztec healing bentonite clay mixed with apple cider vinegar (or you can use water)… mix in a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon. The consistency should be somewhat loose. Leave it till it’s dry and rinse it out. Do a deep conditioner after. Trust me you will have perfect frizz free curls and this emphasizes and brings out your natural curl pattern. I have curly hair (I’m black) and EVERYBODY who I suggested this too has improved their curl pattern. Can’t do it often tho… maybe once a month. Also the clay is GREAT for your skin. I’m sure you’ll research it… there’s lots of info on it. But again, your hair looks great.
My sister does hair transplants in Turkey. She explained that she helps people from all over the world.
Awesome! Yeah, I’m sure she probably does the procedure often.
When I started going bald I just excepted it. Shout out to Teddy Pendergrass.😂
@@obrekmedia I would rather have 2 month of discomfort & a lifetime of confidence.
That looks great
You really did get a good result. After the post op in the last video I was worried.
Thanks for sharing your experience mate. Ive been thinking about having it done as well. I would not know you had donor areas on the back of your head if I didnt know it from the video. So all in all Id say you look good.
man your hair looks awesome 👍
It looks good honestly
Loving the hair
Thanks!
I think it looks great man.
Bro your hair looks really good.

you look GREAT!
Looks great! Thinking of doing that as well.
From where it was to where it is…. Bro.. I think it looks great!!!! Mad props for sharing your experience bruh
Agreed! Thanks for watching!
Honestly the very curly/ afro hair looks a lot better than straight/ wavy hair when transplanted. It looks like it’s always been there!
Your hair look awesome.
Your hair looks amazing! And your barber seems to be a top class as well
Looks FKN great man
Thanks!
I don’t know why this video came up but it was nice watching your Bosley video and this one. Good Luck
Thank you for watching!
Looks great, you look younger as well.
Looks boss brother 👊🏾
Thanks! 👊🏾
Nah that’s lit 🔥 😮
Look into SMP for your donor area! I got it and it basically completely covers it.
Looks good bro
Looks great
Thanks Rio, I have watched all your videos about hair. I am thinking to go to Asli clinic this year. Also thanks for chatting with me!
You’re welcome! Glad I was able to help!
Good results
Looking awesome bro
Thanks!
Lookin good 👏
Thank you!
At this point your hair transplant looks really great. I have done so much research on hair transplants and i normally dont like the results from asli tarcan. But your hair looks really good. If they would of map the donor area better they would get better results. For yall out there thinking about a hairtransplant talk with the doctor about how they map the donor. To have a balanced harvested donor.
Thank you! And yes, this is great advice for ppl interested in getting the procedure.
@crimson what clinic u suggest?
@@1234Stocktrader I only know one clinic that I can advise on because I'm going there this month but it's in the Netherlands it's called fb clinic. You can get around 3000 grafts for 4500 euro that's around 4800 dollar I think. Do alot of research contact the clinics and see if you can talk to the doctor that's doing the procedure so you can tell them what you want because after a couple of months of research it's much easier to explain what you want and youll also understand what is possible and dont have to high expectations
@@crimson5944 rather go turkey.. Netherlands doesn’t have that reputation but nice plug though lol
@@sammyg805 what do you mean with nice plug tough?
Looks good
the back looks great family
Thanks!
Use essential oils on your hair, coconut oil, tea tree oil, lavender oil, clove tea, Aloe Vera will make your grow and improve it's texture.
My son had hair transplant we have Indian hair he was receeeing from front on both sides in uk. He looked bruital with swelling it was done 5 sept 2022. But wouldn’t change a thing. Had to sit upright as he swelled from head to chin and slowly it went down and out . He need to take medication for life to maintain hairline and 6 plasma rich blood injections from his body every 4 weeks to start with then every quarter. He only 23 with thick mane everywhere they took 2500grafts. But I’m glad cap is disappearing and he feels confident in his career in management too. Good luck to you !
That’s awesome!!! Congrats to him! And thank you!
Damn that's a lot
That's insane 😳
Wait huh
It looks good
Dame your hair looks good
Please, don't use relaxers/texturizers as they will weaken your hair shafts and could cause scarring and chronic inflammation in your scalp follicles.
Also, be gentle with the sponge and however you decide to use it, try to limit the friction on your scalp.
I'd advocate for a more "hands-off" hair routine, as far as altering the actual chemistry of your hair goes. Not only will this put less trauma on your hair follicles and shafts, but it'll also allow you some space to stay on course with your medical therapy.
I recommend keeping your natural texture but using a good conditioner and only detangle (with your fingers first, then with a wide teeth detangling comb) when you have the conditioner on. Then, use a light oil (with or without a cream) to seal in the moisture and a good styling gel to help your hair clump and limit the chances of tangling and breakage. It takes more knowledge but it's a much more rewarding routine long term.
Good luck 👍🏻
It looks great. What is the name of the facility u used? I was apprehensive of Going to Turkey by myself. I didn’t want my organs stolen.
Salute Bro
Hi Rio! Did you start before or after with finasteride? Your hair looks great, even thought the full experience you’re went through
Hair is looking good Rio!
Thank you, Lex! Glad to see you’re still here supporting me. I really appreciate that!
@@iamriop ALWAYS! As long as you are posting...I'm watching!
Add biotin shampoo it will thicken up the hair on top my bro. Really good results!!
imagin people seeing u before the op then three years later seeing u with a fresh set of dreads😁👍
😂😂😂
Bro it looks amazing. You can’t expect it to be perfect… no one is gonna sit there and stare at your scalp and judge you lol
Hair looks good. I know you picked up some sneakers can we get some of your legendary look books
looks good
I have a question about the density. IF YOUR HAIR WAS SHORT for having WAVES, it is hard to tell that you had a transplant ? Like does it merge in with your original hair ?
Your hair looks really nice. Hair vitamins help alot.
Do you recommend any?
Which do you recommend please respond I have transplant in 6 days
biotin, magnesium, zinc
@@samvad6638 thanks
@@recklezz404 I'm currently taking Olly Ultra Hair vitamins. I got mine from Whole Foods.
God blesses the best
Hi. Do you use finestride or minoxidil?
Bro, get a two- strand twist and leave it in for like a week. Then follow up with some leave in conditioner
🤦♂️ 👎
You look great, happy for you. Mine been 7 month from FUE but not much growth, did you had more growth after 7 month
I wish guys would talk about their new found confidence, but they don’t tell us about what people are saying or nothing. Still dropped a like tho.
Damn bro! 🔥🙌 how much did it cost? I need to get my hairline back
How much per graft ? Please let me know. Should I go there? Are you satisfied with result?
The big positive is you can’t see the scar from the fut procedure you had originally
It looks fine....DAMN
I doubt the SMP will make much difference in the donor area. Also, you will have to cut down the area in order for the SMP tech get full coverage.
Bruh! Take the W and be thankful! It could’ve easily went left!
I’m satisfied with my results! Why do you think I’m not thankful and grateful? This video is done to provide insight into my thoughts for those who are considering or plan to do the procedure. Everything isn’t “perfect”, and ppl need to know that. I wouldn’t be doing them justice if I got on camera and acted like it was. It is my duty to be completely transparent.
I don't believe 3000 drafts was too much they knew what they were doing. The break down was just right.
Your donor area looks fine tbh, easily fixable with a fade
Oh wow! I was Istanbul getting my cat ate from the back like 3 or 4 months ago. Incredible video!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Excuse me
HUH?
Lmaoooo
What medical therapy are you using ? M and F?
Good video
I wouldn’t perm or relax it. If I had hair like yours I would be excited. It’s a good look 💯
I feel you! It was a mild texturizer tho. Not too heavy on the chemicals. And what you mean “if you had hair like mine”? Lol… our hair texture isn’t too far from one another. I know because I used to cut your hair lol
The back of your hair doesn't even look bad. I've seen people with naturally thinner hairs at the back and some looks far worse. Your doesn't really look bad.
I know it doesn’t. But I went into the procedure wanting the back to appear untouched because of the way I like to wear my hair. And because it has a patchiness to it, I plan to disguise that in the future.
Remember, just cuz you have hair now don’t mean you gotta go full Kid’nPlay on us 😂
😂😂😂 I’ll try not to!
Would you recommend?
What prescriptions they put you on for life so you do not loose again overtime.
Nice one bro. i tried some minoxidil and derma roller. if this not working maybe thats my last option transplant
This video is all over the place. First he says he doesn’t want to use a “chemical” to loosen his curl pattern, but in the same breath says he used a texturizer (which is a chemical) to loosen his hair texture 🤔
Are you on some medications such as finistride or minoxidil?. I've seen guys with transplant ended up bald again without using the systemic blockers. Looking good.
