I'm only sharing my experience during my time there. Hope you enjoy! And thanks for watching! -RP

Man that’s a lot to go through. I felt like I was a movie when you were talking about it. I’m glad that you’re ok and the results are going well. Thanks for being so informative.

This is hands down the best Asli review video I've ever seen. I appreciated you going in depth about every thing you experienced in regards to the staff, the procedure, the aftercare, the conversations etc. Most people who review this clinic only focus on the results and very little on the experience, maybe others have not experienced the same thing and that is why but either or I appreciate this video a lot as I just recently contacted them in regards to fixing a botched hair transplant I did with Bosley.
I find it ironic how I had a Great experience with bosley but ended up with terrible results for a significant amount of money, where as you had a terrible experience but in turn have achieved immaculate results for a very great price.
I appreciate this video so much its unfortunate that this clinic is dishonest and doesn't seem to want to be transparent or fair to their customers. These are the reasons a lot of people who go out of the US for surgery come back in body bags. A lot of those overseas clinics are dishonest and can care less about their customers well being. I'm glad nothing happened to you brother and I'm looking forward to seeing more videos about your results and such in the future.
My sincerest condolences to you for that horrible experience. You were brave to want to do so many different things in 1 visit to a place you were unfamiliar with. You’ve got balls. I’m contemplating getting hair restoration in Turkey but your experience has made me do more research!!! Praise God you are still alive from your reactions to the medicines, I’ve traveled a lot so bad taxi drivers are common. The biggest question I have is are you satisfied with your results and if so would you do it again? There’s lots of videos about the discomfort of the procedure and the journey but they all end with they’d do it again.. one good thing came of it, you made good money from this video and others regarding this situation.
Been a fan of the Channel for 8 years and the one thing I’ll say is you consistent youve shown integrity and self awareness all thru it big ups my G
Very good info! At first I was reluctant to sit through the long video but I'm glad I did. Headed to Turkey this year and this helped!
OMG man your hair looks very natural and great! No need to lower the hairline it looks awesome and natural. Hard to believe you are only 4 months in. Keep up the great work your hair is looking great!
Thanks for the information. Your experience and you're being open isn't taken for granted. I know this probably wasn't easy to do so I commend you for sharing. I had to stop what I was doing because of how crazy the story got. Been rocking with you through the journey with your fam, yourself, viewers, and now this. Glad to see you still making it through!
Very in depth Rio, my hair started receding around 24yrs old and just got worst as I just hit 29 but I just learned to be happy with my receding hairline, and focus on other important shit in life. Stay strong tho bro!
Good for you.
@Weevil my hair started thinning at 20, I’m 24 now and it only getting thinner, I just buzz my head and my head shaped like a peanut too lmao. Most women are more attracted to men with confidence and humor, and those that work towards goals. There’s no woman/man/whatever ur taste is, worth having that wouldn’t want to be with you because your hair. I know it’s hard cause social media makes everyone insecure but just gotta seek to love and value yourself. You will always find a partner. Johnny Sins bald and got more ladies than all of us.
@Weevil but yeah dated for 2 years and found my fiancé while I was mostly bald.

The procedure looks phenomenal brother!
I couldn’t do it, but hats off for going through with the process. Very informative video
Thanks for sharing your experience, sorry to hear that you had to go through all this upsell drama and unprofessional behaviors from the clinic. So glad to see your progress, I am happy for you man. 👍👏
Brother thank you so much for sharing, the video was long and very intertaining, insiteful. You brought back some memories for me when I went to the clinic. I'm glad you pushed through it. Your results look amazing.
Man looks amazing! I swear African American hair looks so natural with a transplant, great job!
Brah!! Thanks for your story. My friend had a similair experience and its given me some insight where to get treatment done. Ur hair looks good and ur hairline flows right with your face. Ive seen guys get it too low and it looks bad!!! Respect!!! For sharing your hair journey.

Bruh your hair looks real good!
If you never talked about this on your chanel, no one could tell you did all of that, your donor area looks good, a few more months and you wont even tell, you get a taper fade and no one will be able to tell you did anything.
Glad to see if came out well, that whole procedure can be worrying , I could imagine.
Your choice of hairline looks very appropriate. It looks pretty good. I'm glad that it worked out for you. That's probably a $22,000 procedure in the US.
Sorry to hear about your experience. You are going to help a lot of brothers. Appreciate you sharing your Experience for others to learn from!🙏🏽
Good grief .. you’re a treasure man . I’m thankful for the info .that sounds like a nightmare of an experience.
Your hair looks amazing brother, the result so far is positive!
Thanks for sharing this experience brother, very important to know. The pain you went through was worth it in my eyes. Most things in life that are worth doing involves some sort of pain.
Your hair line looks pretty good. I think that your doctor did a good job. Thanks for sharing your hair line restoration journey with us.
This video was an hour long and I was tuned in from beginning to end!
It’s 3am and I just finish watching the entire video.. Your hair looks great, it was worth your troubles!
I love the cab driver listing cities like it's a Limp Bizkit song. Thank you for giving your time to this. It's valuable.
Wow what a story. I went to HOI and everything was so professional.
for four months that is an excellent result, it takes up to a year for full growth, but it looks great as is! In terms of the number of grafts, each graft can usually have more than one hair, so a graft can have one or two or three or even four hairs per graft.
Hey bro I like how you did this in terms of reflection. Though my experience is nothing remotely close to this I’m gonna follow your blueprint. Here I was fretting because some of my videos aren’t real time. Thanks man at the end of the day results matter. Your hair looks great 👊🏿
Already. Are you back in the states?

Glad to see your video. I’ve been thinking about going there and this was well needed vid and info.
Thank you for the honest review, Bro! Great job #Respect
This right here should warn everyone about NOT going with a company where the communication is below standards. And always follow your GUT FEELINGS!
For sure!!
True, thus was my deciding factor
This is a weird experience. I felt uncomfortable on his behalf
I don't know man, even though he had to endure all that BS - his hairline went from a 40 yr old to mid 20s, 4500 USD, for flight + hotel + room service + dental work + 3000 grafts (FUE) + PRP + SMP + antibiotics (weren't effective enough), but at that price - I think they still did right by him
Rio got the older FUT type done in 2015 in the USA for 6500 USD for 1500 grafts, I think the American clinic did him dirty, more than the clinic in Turkey which might be why he was so distrustful the second time around
So I don't know how I feel about this, if a grocery store was farther away, and the people there didn't speak any English and always gave me the side eye but always charged a fair price, vs a local store that were friendlier but charged 3x the amount...
Really great job! Glad the results are favorable too despite the issues you had.
Hey Rio, really appreciate your honest views here, having just been through the Turkish hair experience, which sounded not as bad for me as it was for you, it’s so useful for others. I really emphasize with these wise words. Hope you’re doing ok now.
Watched the 1st two videos. Well made. You look restored fully to the camera! I stopped on your 1st video because I looked like that was 25. I tried a hairpiece for less then 24 hours, shaved my head on my 30th birthday with friends! It was liberating. What you've really beaten is your unwavering confidence and intelligence. Your light isThe Omage with The Great Doctors! 👍Imagine how they feel while taking each client pre-post surgery. Your good looking! Lay low and live large! 🦌 ✌
Whew! 😅 That was a lot! Glad to see it is working out in your favor.
A lot of respect for this guy
You really went in depth. Thank You 🙏🏽 very much for the insight.
Maan I was just doing some research on this topic, and I found Your video after watching many before, truth must be told, Your video is the most Informative, Entertaining, Sad, Full of Action, Heartfelt, Adventurous, Craziest, Yet The Most Honest One I have seen so far.
And Trust Me, this is the case of the majority of the Turkish people, for them it's never about the quality of the service, it's all about sucking every last penny from You, specially if You're a foreigner under their own care, You'll be like a sheep under care of Wolves, I know that because I have 9 years living here (Turkey) so far. So I totally understand Your frustration and I know everything You went through is the Norm in this country (Unfortunately).
Also, Thank You so much for sharing Your experience regardless of how long the video may be, It may not do much but, YOU EARNED YOURSELF A NEW SINCERE SUBSCRIBER. Looking forward to watch More of Your videos.
Looks great! Especially for only 4 months of healing! I don’t know anything about hair transplantation, but to me, your hair looks really nice
Thanks you Rio for sharing your journey with us.
Man you went through it. I watched the entire video you were very transparent. This implant looks amazing. I dont know it might be worth it.
God bless your curly hair, it covers a lot more than straight hair
Hello, I'm a foreigner who's been living in Turkey for the past 10 years or so. I'm sorry that your experience wasn't satisfying in Turkey. But mostly this is how things are done almost everywhere here. The lack of communication with the foreigners. and the fact that they only wanna take your money. Now for the medicine from what I read on the boxes, I do believe they are the same but one is more powerful than the other, but the manufacturer of the medicine is different on each one. Much love from Turkey
I don't even need a hair transplant but the video is interesting and fascinating to me. Im sure those who needs one this is a great video.
LOOOOOOOONG VIDEO!!! BUT it was so informative and I watched it all!!! Thanks again for the insight! You and “Good life Joe” are really transparent & helpful 👌🏾💎⚔️🐰
I went to Aisha Hair Turkey and they were the best decision ever I did 2 year research before going to a hair clinic in Turkey.
Was thinking of getting a hair transplant but I just watched this… so I just shaved my head .. I’m gonna rock the baldy
Bro that’s what I’m sayin…this whole experience is so not worth it. His results are good but not worth the stress and anxiety of all this shit.

I think your transplant looks EXCELLENT.
Your hair looks amazing. I'm currently researching for the right Hair clinic to perform my hair transplant. I have hereditary male pattern baldness that started in my 20s.
After going to AT for my transplant, I can definitely attest to some of these scenarios. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I can vouch that your testimony may be accurate.
I am now seeing your hair and it looks great. You don’t want a lower hairline. It is perfect the way it is and it looks perfect on you. Good job.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I loved your video and how you took us on your journey. Excellent work and thank you again I’m glad you had good results. God bless.❤
You are a captivating great story teller and thank you for sharing what you went through to achieve your goal. I am happy for you for the final result and hopefully your donor side will look great eventually. As much as I wish to put a stopping on my receding hair, I decided to embrace my baldness and enjoy life while remembering in fond memory my old pictures with a head full hair. All the best brother!
Appreciate you sharing your experience brother, I’m debating if I want to get it
Dont, go to legitimate clinic instead
I’m sorry you didn’t have the best overall experience, but I must say that as of this video, your results are awesome! They did a great job and I hope you’re happy. Thx for sharing.
You did excellent and you absolutely needed to ask those solid questions and be firm. You have to wear this for the rest of your life so no time for nice. Your hair looks great and you’re a handsome dude so don’t be so hard on yourself. Good job man … I’m putting my research in and going to get mine done soon ✈️
I really like you're hair transplant videos. I recently decided to have my hair transplant done here in the UK that costs around £5000 because I don't want to go to Turkey as I don't want that communication issue like you did. I'm looking forward to the videos about you're dental procedures. Take care dude 👍
Where are you going?
I heard they not that good in uk mate
Lmao the UK is rubbish, it’s so ridiculously overpriced for like 1000 grafts and absolutely 0 experience.
Great video! I’m excited to see how your hair looks like when you taper it. Did they mention anything about the scaring in the doner area? I know it’s small circles, but do they disappear? Or is it small circular scars? No one ever talks about the aftermath. Like what if you wanted to fade your hair in the area where they took follicles.
That's a good look for you. Thanks for sharing and btw you are a great story teller.
I want you thank you so much for this concise video !! I’ve not considered going to this clinic in particular but another clinic in Turkey. It’s frightening to know the clinics line of communication is pretty poor, knowing they have international clients they should ensure a comfortable and welcoming and fully informative environment ! Anyway I think your results are exceptional ! Also the hairline is perfect and you do not have a big forehead 🙄 who ever said that is a clown.
Okay I take back what i said about them knowing who you are In your previous video lol. I had my transplant about a month ago now i didn't have as near as bad of an experience as yourself. My consultant was very helpful and kept it 100 with me the whole time i was there he didn't push me on products but he did recommend them. I also wanna say they knew you had and infection the first day you came back and ill tell you how i know.I had DHI done and with DHI you are more prone to infection so you have to receive those shots you were talking about but didn't experience the first medication they shot you with i had the second. No one that received FUE during the time i was there had to take shots. So i will say they knew what was up I'm assuming they didn't want to frighten you. I also totally agree with your statements about Fred he is very arogant and feels like he can do whatever he wants. I had a similar experience when he was trying to draw my edge up I'm like naw i want it like this he wanna argue about how i want my hair smh. At one point in time this man came in the room while i was getting Ozone therapy and flicked my tittie and asked me do i want some work done almost slapped taste out dude mouth had to remember were i was at. Other than him I will say the full staff is very helpful and nice Fred can kick rocks though. I kinda learned in Turkey they talk to people any kinda way regardless not a place i would like to revisit. Sorry for the long comment bruh.
He said you had a fat chest ?
Yo that Fred guy done the same thing to me, I was getting Ozone done also, he was just lurking around, flicked my stomach, he say trying to get to get work done, was trying to sell me a six pack, I nearly lost it. It took all I got in me not to smack him
Lmao Fred 🤣
Lol Fred out here violating 🤣🤣
Fuckin Fred smh! He strikes yet again!
It takes extreme strength to be open with something like this that so personal
Great video, you make think twice to pick up the better choice. Thanks for all the information you provide it.
Sounds like you had a horrible experience! Thank you for sharing. This was the most informative, real video I’ve seen on hair transplant clinics in Turkey.
I feel sorry you had a bad experience but the overall result looks really good.
Thank you for sharing your experience. You helped me.
Wow! What a journey. Looks good Bro. 😊. Thanks for the transparency and honesty. No filters!! 😊
Hey Rio thanks for sharing your experience, and sorry for the bad things that happened to you, just remember is a different world. I travel to Turkey last September for three weeks to the Northern city of Trabzon just for leisure and business and exactly that's what Turkish looks and behave as you describe. But I found out that's their lifestyle and is just normal to them. After I while I just use to them and in general, they're good people. I will do the same hair transparency as you did, but of cause from the different clinic, and when I choose a place to work with I go with at least 75% with a good review. Your results turned up very good though but because of your review, I will choose another clinic for sure. I'm going there in march to do my hair work. Thanks for the great videos.
Just make sure you get your consultation and quote for the surgical work in writing that you can print out. Not just notes and WhatsApp chat.
I've seen some shockingly bad hairlines post transplant. Considering they lowered your entire hairline I think it looks great and incredibly natural!
I wouldnt complain, thats hairline.. as long as it already has hair, thick density and is not easily falling out.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds horrendous and I liked how you qualified it by saying other people may have had better experiences somewhere else so you’re not condemning the entire country you’re just talking honestly about your experience and I really appreciate it and it teaches me that, even though it cost more in the United States, that’s a place where I would prefer to have this done in order to avoid all of the language barrier issues that may arise thank you for sharing this very important topic. I’m so sorry you went through that nightmare.
dude these vlogs are legendary!
Hi Rio. Great video and great information. The density looks incredible, looking forward to see the result in about 6 - 7 and at 12 month post op. The blood test you are referring to is an HIV test and is mandatory. Taking out blood for PRP is something completely different.

Yea that Fred guy is something else but I was there in June and yes everything you mention about them being money hungry and doesn't communicate well are on point.
This was very informative. My one question is, did you have a written contract with everything broken down in it? The cost, how much it was to cost, how much you paid. I can’t imagine going to a foreign country where I don’t speak the language for a medical procedure and not have everything in writing. The internet has it where you can translate everything

Great rio...you really explain this and a great understanding...thank you I am sixty three and I would love a transplant..but I do have high blood pressure I will have to look into it...but your honesty is very much appreciated..
Thank you Río for posting this. Wow this story is juicy! I have been following a lot of Asli tarcan clients. And when I started my research my top priority was communication. I choose Este Capelli for the communication and full honesty. I didn't have to pay a reservation fee, stayed in Turkey for 2 weeks and the service was perfect. In all that time the translator/medical advisor was there during the process and after each transfer. I believe the clinic I went to is more boutique style and therefore operate with a smaller team. Despite what you went through your Hair looks great.I think Asli Tarcan uses a call centre to hook in customers needless to say I doubt you spoke with one of the owners in arranging the price. The PRP session was part of the package did you end up paying for that separately as well?
@Kana Television I paid 2450 including a stay for 10 days. In between I went to Cappadocia. Wich I highly recommend. I had 2770 grafts

Both the meds were antibiotics.
The first one was Cefuroxim and the other one Cefazolin( both are penicillin ).That’s why the packaging was different. I was curious when you taking about getting the shot on your butt. I’m 4 months in and loving my results so far. I do agree with you that they’re money hungry people lol. But to be fair if you express and spoke out on what you want and how you want it then they do listen.
Haha that’s crazy! You were there right after me. And yeah, they are definitely money hungry, but I was very vocal about what I wanted vs what I did not want. They would just lie to get me to go along. I don’t know how some ppl are missing that from my experience. I got some ppl saying I didn’t speak up and others are saying I was too entitled lol. Those 2 traits don’t even go together. Some ppl just hear what they want I suppose. But for me, all they had to do was be honest and provide a proper expectation. I would’ve had no problems.
@@iamriop I agree with you. I do remember when the guy draw my hairline he made it really low and when he asked me if I like it, I simply took a wet rag and erased it. Only because my hairline was never that low so it would’ve looked not natural and also like you, I have a big forehead so I placed four fingers on my forehead and told him this is where I want my hairline to be in. And so he draw it again (upset from looking at his reaction probably because I insulted his first drawing so he felt some type of way, which I didn’t care because it’s my hairline and how I wanted it to look). and also my temples and this time I was happy with it and I approved it.

@@Jeff12758 no I didn’t get DHI. I chose Asli Tarcan clinic because I had friends and family who had a hair procedure done there, I saw their results and for me it was a no brainer to go there. Plus what also convinced me was that they had their own surgical facilities and room which half the clinic out there don’t.
@@lurivera5507 what are some of the other clinics you researched? And how many grafts did you get? I just want my hairline forward but I've seen and heard a lot about fucked up treatment and overharvest. How's your donor area looking?
