I bought an "Active Antenna" t6o use with my SDR Dongle, to help bring in radio stations on my computer. Had to wait for a spell before it finally arrived, but it did arrive well boxed. This antenna uses a 12 volt dc power supply in-order for it to operate correctly. Observing the proper polarity, I plugged one in, after it was all hooked up to my SDR Dongle. I turned the unit on, and got nothing. It wasn't working. Now there are two parts to this antenna, and in the first part, where the power supply was connected, I found that no 12 volt power what so ever was getting to the second part, so I used a multimeter to find the issue of why power wasn't getting to the second part (that needs 12 volt power in-order for it to operate correctly). What I found was poor soldering joints, that weren't making proper connections. Taking a soldering iron, I re-soldered those joints, bad joints. After finished, I had power finally going where it should be going to, at the second section connection. I re-connected the second section to the first section, and again powered things up. It should work this time, but sadly, only smoke began to rise, due to parts on circuit board burning up at the very first diode, located on the second board. It's was burning at both the first "Zener Diode" and the first capacitor. Conclusion, defective parts, with a short. This means it was a factory issue (where it was made), that caused this problem. I put in a couple of complaints, wanting it either repaired/replaced, or receive a full money back refund, seeing it came defective, right from the factory. The complaints section said I would be contacted within 24 hrs., of making my complaint..... I got no contacts back. Not a word from them. It was like I had never done business with them in the first place. I ended up having to go to Amazon, and ordering the same product, and buying it at their web-site, instead of at Banggood. It both came faster, and was a working product. It's been over a month now, and still no word from Banggood, regarding this defective item. Burn me once, and you lose my business for life, simple as that. I will never deal with Banggood in the future. If they can't stand fully behind their products, to keep their customer's happy, then I will not deal with them at all. I suggest buyers be ware, of buying goods from Banggood. If you receive a damaged/defective product in your order, you may have to swallow the loss, and buy elsewhere. I should be able to make one complaint, and get a speedy reply back from the seller, the very first time I send in a complaint. I didn't get any replies back, so now I won't deal with them ever again. I'm not out to throw my money away for junk that doesn't work right. They lost my business for life. I wouldn't buy from them, if I were you....but then again, that's your choice, now isn't it?.

I ordered a 2/3 axis digital readout display for my lathe 1 200mm scale. All the shipped was the scale and refused to correct the issue. Even though all the correspondence they send clearly stated my order included a digital display they refused to ship one but offered me a 6% discount on my next order. After sales service is trash i contacted them more than 10 times to get a refund for a 3D printer. They:ll try and not refund you, partially refund you, not contact the carrier.. 300€ printer not delivered and Banggood that didn't want to refund it.. shit site even if i bought ,2-3 things and didn't have any problems. all these chinese companies are a hit and miss, some orders came and had good quality, other orders never came but was refunded, one particular order 40$ worth they said it was delivered, but I never got it, they didn't give me a refund, said the status is delivered, asked my bank, they were denied by visa, after 1 year I was able to start another refund request, and they finally gave me a refund, after more than a year...

I've ordered pretty expensive projector from them, they never delivered it. Support will continue to say "we're sorry, could you please wait 5 more days?". When I asked any tracking proves, they gave me fake one. Think twice before giving money to them.

I have often bought on this site in recent years. But since the beginning of 2021 my orders have been lost more and more often, To end up with two out of three packages lost. I strongly advise against buying on this website. If at the beginning it seems inexpensive. after a few lost packages you will quickly regret it. especially since the after-sales service is very very hard to reach and will not help you much.
