I ordered a dress from them and it took 6 weeks to receive. When I received it, it was far too small, the material was too thin and didn't look anything like the photo. I have been trying to return it and was told that they would send me a return sticker and I would need to pay to return it. They just sent me a photo of the return sticker and not the sticker. I will never order from them again. I don't know how you can tell people to order from them.

The shop consistently lies to its clients. Was my first time experience with Mytheresa and it was a total waste of time, money and effort. I made 2 orders within 2 days. First one - a dress for my daughter. Delivery from Italy to Greece said 5-7 working days. Makes sense. How long can it take? I had a few more days for it to arrive on time. The dress was supposed to be for her birthday party. However in reality it became 2 full weeks! Which means no dress for the party. I placed another order dress for myself 36 hours later. This time I chose express delivery, promised timeline 1-3 working days. 2,5 days later the dress wasn’t even sent and it’s already weekend so no one would send it till Monday now despite customer support ensured me they prioritized my order for logistics department! Yeah right. I had to cancel the order now on day 3 cause it’s already clear it wouldn’t arrive on time as well. I will never purchase anything from them again and don’t recommend anyone do it unless you have a month to wait. Ridiculous, unacceptable service and no respect for customers. I now only hope to get a refund as now after reading reviews online I see they tend not to. I wish I googled them before ordering

The sellers attempted to pass off cheaper books from other sellers as from their own inventory in hopes of pocketing the difference in cost. AbeBooks is very unhelpful when trying to resolve this issue and you will most likely end up eating the cost of the return shipping. DO NOT USE ABEBOOKS

Luisaviaroma is a SCAM company that does not know how to store its goods then blames customers for damages so they can keep the money. They sent me multiple defective items in an order in December 2023 - one Balmain coat that stank like mold, had black marks all over it and tarnished hardware, a pair of boots with scratched soles bent over into a shoe box way to small for them, and a bikini with the printing/decal flaking off. They are trying to blame the scratched soles on the boots on me, which is a LIE! They are saying I damaged them and are keeping over $1700 AUD!!!! They sent me the boots jammed in a box 2 way to short for the boots, bent over at the top and jammed the soles along the sides of the box, where they have very obviously been rubbing and marking the soles. They have advised they have a "quality control" department that reviews items to make sure they are sent out in perfect condition and because the boots were damaged on return they were damaged by me. If that was the case how did I receive 3 defective items in one order?

I ordered from there on a Friday night, so since then my order had said "Processing". Then come a weekday and thought maybe it will now say shipped, but nope, I couldn't log in! The chat always seems to say chat unavailable so I used the virtual chat which resulted in me getting an email later with this: "I'm a Korean-speaking agent and we are using Google Translate to respond." I had wanted to know why my account which I had just created days before was locked and now says "For your security, your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity" when I try to log in from a pc. This is literally the first time I ordered! I made a payment for my item and I have no way of talking to someone by phone. I thought this was an American company, but I guess they ship from Korea?

OnTimeBooks claiming to be out of Phoenix Az. among others - ordered on 01 December 23 with an expected delivery date of 15 December 23. Today is 05 Jan 24 - all I have gotten is an expired tracking number that says the package is still waiting for acceptance at a USPS facility. Took them less than 10 minutes to take my money though......
