I agree . This company will not issue me a refund for a subscription I only got after Houzz Pro Marketers called me repeatedly . Never used the app I'm trying to get a refund . We shall see what happens . Don't buy Houzz

DO NOT BUY HOUZZ PRO. I signed up just to do some designs for my undeveloped basement. It had a free 1 month trial. So I thought I'd cancel after that month. Its $89 after the first free month. I've been trying to cancel it for 2 months and they just keep sending me emails and calls saying that I have to call them back for an "exit interview". But they also said I have to keep paying monthly until my one year anniversary date that I subscribed. They dont have the option to cancel online on your account, even though I searched this before applying, and many places said there was. Theyve taken 2 payments of $89 from me even though Im not using it anymore.
I was paying with Paypal, so I went on my Paypal account and stopped the payment withdrawals from there. What a nightmare company!

We're in the same boat. Wife used the free trial and I just noticed the charges happening. Did stopping the payment on your paypal end work??
@J Swain yes it did work. They keep emailing me, asking to update my payment if I want to maintain access to the "premium subscription"🤣 but I just ignore them.
@@jannalam6861 good to know- thanks for replying. Didn't know if they'd try to send us to collections if we blocked all of their payments. Such a slimey company. I hope any business that operates by holding customers hostage goes under.
DONT BUY THIS BS, I am spending around $350 a month for over 6 months so far 2 leads
still having troubles receiving leads to justify houzz cost? Im researching this company for my contracting business.
