25-30K 2019 van destroyed. Great to see in 2023 people still haven't learnt how to drive in flooded roads after watching all your videos, Ben
they just wanted to steam clean the combustion chamber of carbon buildup... 🤣🤣
This doesn't destroy your car lol
@@mrtexas3225 it does lol your engine is suposed to run with petrol not water
@@erikm2829 true but I don't believe anything will happen if you just run the water out because the water will just evaporate away!
@@mrtexas3225 Car runs on petrol AND AIR. Air is compressible. Water is not. Replace the air with water while the engine is running and it breaks.
I am happy that you found more water to keep us entertained.
OG BG is back sharing the love!
Hearing them try to start it after that, OUCH!
They need to give it full revs!
The number of them who actually managed to amazes me!
Some of them apparently practiced at Rufford 😁
the blue jaguar deserved the gold medal, well done, that's how you drive through that water👏
Citroen aswell.
at 4:33
All the vehicles with a bow wave got through 👏🏻👏🏻Thanks for sharing Ben 👍🏻
7:16 that mitsubishi came around the corner like a rally stage
It’s interesting to see that there were a few sensible drivers that actually drove slowly through the flooded waters, unlike the van drivers - further driving skills are required 😂
The van driver at 6:34 did it perfectly, in fact he was probably the most sensible one out of all of them.
I'm sure the fact that the van isn't theirs plays a part but ok
@@Andronk водитель синего ягуара проехал также с умом 4:34
God that Nissan van was making some unhappy noises. Stuff's bent in that engine! That blue Jag was as graceful as a swan!
1:11 HYDROLOCKED
yep, would need a total engine rebuild or a new engine
What a difference between this and Rufford Mill. Most drivers proceeded cautiously, even if they didn't all make it.
Glad you’re back Ben
Good on you for finding a new spot 👍
Slow and steady wins the race!!
Yes Ben awesome video
What a nice guy in the jag pulling him out
Mummy clutch
Nice one Ben 👍🏴
It's a great way to increase the displacement of your engine 😊
Nono, increase the compression ratio😂
Nice Land rover 101 FC👍
2:50 WINNER.... Good vid cheers.
As a DEFRA flood responder I would suggest that even the more sensible drivers here are still foolish. They've no way of knowing the state of the road surface, whether and drain covers have been blown off by water pressure, or if there are any submerged obstacles. That they got through is because of sheer luck, not due to good judgement or skills.
What else is one to expect of the average person anyway? Spread as much knowledge as possible, hammer it in, and people will still do what happens in the video.
Hi Ben...good to see you up and filming!!! A never ending supply of wankers just for you and Tom and Midlife!!! Looks like y'all had a lot of rain over the end of the year and New Years! Don't disclose location or let them put up a depth gauge and you will be set for life!
Wankers !...........yep! Haven't got a clue.
That Jag put a lot of faith in their reverse gear
Would have p*ssed maself if it had ripped the front of his car off 😂
Yeah I was cringing 😫
Reverse gears are generally stronger than forward gears since they're straight cut gears
@@lentilsouper Stronger because it's the lowest ratio.
Not so good for clutch though....
Glad to see you've found another great place to film!
Let’s hope PJ stays away.
Blue jaguar did it perfectly
Wow a forward control landrover don't see many of those about
Ben travels south to watch ‘mostly’ how it’s done properly for a change 😝
people need to remember how low the vent tubes are for differentials and fuel tanks on most are cars as well.
Have to love the fools that try to restart them up doing evan more damage 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love the videos Ben! Great work!
Thank you Jamie, appreciate it 🙌🏼
Buddy said “right then let’s hook er up to the jag and drag er out mate” 😂
That 1st one LOL
Solo puedo decir que disfruto tanto como cuando pasan, como cuando se quedan. Que relax
Nature sticking to the van man
lol , new location .. same idiot drivers .. thanks Ben
7:32 epic land rover
Some great spot here, and you can always rely on the rushing courier to cop it
Great video. Worcestershire is my home county
7:34 That was the right tool, whatever that was. Worked flawlessly.
Land Rover 101 Forward Control
Lol those cyclists looked like a bunch of frightened meerkats! "You go first", " no I'm scared I'll get my lycra wet!"
Hi Ben great vidoes
Thanks Paula, hope you’re well 🙌🏼
Just need a good bow wave to get through, we used to in landrovers before I could afford a snorkel🤣
oooo new rufford!
That little Toyota Yaris 😂😂😂
Rufford ford might be closed but there are plenty of other places where idiots can trash their motors. Funny about the click clack of the starter on the hydrolocked engine.
He should approach it slowly to prevent water splashing in the air intake
Yup that VW van isn't going anywhere
Totaly destroyed...! To much Electronic crap on the cars these days.
Crazy to see some stopping accelerating when they are at the deepest point of the water.
HAPPY TUESDAY ✌️ HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY EVERYONE
Hi Ben.........steam power returns !.
4:34 Impressive, now that is how you drive through water!
Kudose to that jag driver, from watching all your videos, they're usually numpties. btw please make a rescue compliation one day, I that's my fav part to watch!
How did you come up with the idea to film running cars through a flood?) It's really catchy)
4:20 😨 Jeep Renegade passou! As nossas fabricadas pelo grupo Stelants / Fiat brasileiras, não podem sentir uma garoa que já se desligam. 😬
The octavia driver at leasr realized it was too deep and backed right out .
4:35 perfectly done!
7:18 Lost the plate :))
Always hurts when people just keep trying to crank when the starter/engine completely refuses to turn, like it's magically going to work. I guess it might work if they finally get enough force to crack something to release the water.
Though chances are the engine is already toast at that point because it already stalled but still, they could've gotten lucky
There a big chance if you are easily able to remove injectors or sparkplug you could push the water out with the starter motor. After clearing the combustion chamber of water you can try starting again.
Injectors just for direct injection engine. My car for example has the injectors before the inlet ventiles so it would not work as the ventile would be closed when the piston goes up, blocking all the water
@@qwertz4035 in that case you would just take out the sparkplugs I think...
Ich würde dort eine Autowerkstatt aufmachen 😂
Type 101 Land Rover, neat!
That 101❤
@7.51, that is down the road from me Green Road, Hall Green, Birmingham
наконец то новая локация
Life is to short, just go for it.
Some mostly excellent driving. Interested where the second location was - looks like they were driving down a river!
Ah the new online craze now Rufford Ford is closed.
Some drivers cannot grasp that engines have an air intake under the bonnet
Is Rufford still closed.watching from Sydney
2:47 fair enough
I see had to find a new perch after rufford closed, note to self if you see people filming by a flooded road don't try to go through as they are there to film your plight!
101FC cool as fook 👍🏻😎
Kraftfahrer die genau wissen wo und wie hoch der Luftstutzen sitzt 🤭
Ive just answered a question elsewhere - what seems to be obsolete today? My answer was common sense. Yep.
Bengregers youve moved!!
last location is shell ford, himbleton...
For the sake off taking a detour. Unbelievable
7:50 its always the Toyotas
Minuto 5:04, la camioneta Jaguar paso como es recomendable, lento y con el acelerador apretado para que no entre agua por el escape.
Saludos desde Argentina.
новый крафтер на капиталку
Very last vehicle broke the law. Sign clearly said, do not cross when in flood
RAC man repeatedly tried to start a hydrolocked engine. No clue at all.
They are seen pushing the van backwards to clear water from the cylinders with the plugs or injectors removed , I have had success with this in the past with locked engines , at least he tried
@@rogerhanbury677 he's seen trying to turn it over numerous times at 1:10, with water obviously still in the bores. glow plugs or injectors should have been straight out. TBH, it's not a 200 tdi and it's most likely screwed anyway.
after today it will be a lots of videos like that. Surprised that this nissan van has started,
You can see the point at which Optimism turned to Failure ...
So the Rac charge 156 to come out to a vehicle damaged after driving through flood water 😂😂😂 that's one expensive mistake.......... 😂😂😂
Yes mate you good I know you haven't seen you in long
CITROEN POWER ( THANK U PSA )
Where was this in worcestershire
I don't understand why they want to go so fast.
Don’t understand why people flg through it so a combustion engine swallows water then hydro locks 👌
The problem that I see here is that they drive pass too fast, another way would be, even if it is deep is to remove the fan band so that the fan does not splash.
before, you had video from ruffordford ford. Now you have video from the shire of worcestershire shire!
No response, maybe they are...shy (er)
This shows the height of intelligence of the white van man
What's really awful is that water is full of raw untreated sewage. 🤢
Does insurance pay out for this .it is like leaving keys in ignition if stolen… self inflicted vehicle cruelty lol 😂
0:47 jaguar 😩🥵
this road will prob be closed like rufford was
I don't understand why everyone is speeding through the water 🤣
When will people learn you can't drive your vehicles through deep water unless of course you have a snorkel fitted to your air filter
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪👍
I am conservative with water (voice of experience), But , If I was a vehicle maker, Would It be preferable to have a small car that could deal will 6 inches of water over one that gets stuck in 3? not why you buy a car. but a good advert here?
