Dude real Indians the Dravidians have the same ancestory as Africans/Black's and if you're wondering about white Indians or Aryans they're descended from white men or Caucasians the rest of the Indians are an interbred mixed descended from both of these with a little bit of Mongolian , Turkish and Arabic Asian ancestors here and there , Americans are basically Caucasians and Africans , soo uh ur point of average genetics .....? The rest of the points are true except you didn't mention Growth Hormone , insulin and steroids , which of course the guy in thumbnail Ronnie Coleman have stated himself

Indians have fucking best genetics. The people of area : pakistan , india , bangladesh, afghanistan have the bestest genetics.
From the new researches : in the vedic era the average indian male had height of 5'9 and europeans had 5'4 height.
Our anceators were freaking hella strong.
Veg is supreme over non veg for example professor ram murti kodi naidu, He could hold an elephant on hia chest for 5 mins , easily stopped raging bull against him in bull fighting in europe and showed his supreme strength and get the title ,The indian hercules/ kalyugi bheem from the queen out there.
Now a days its all about money, in the past all had full nutritional diets, the one with the most ferocious workouts were the most entitled beasts, nowadays the human strength is degrading because of more and more supplementation and less basing on workouts

Thanks Gaurav for the explanation! ... you are well experienced and I fully agree with you ... One factor that I always thought about was weather ... I am a Mumbaikar, where weather is mostly humid and hence it's difficult to maintain a high appetite always and difficult to recover faster! I am sure you can do that easily in a much colder climate of the western world. Do you think weather plays a huge role here? May be if our athletes are sent in a cold country, for say, a period of 6 months or a year, their muscles would grow bigger and faster and of course (as you said) with periodization and a better gear!

I live in south india and i am not really impressed with the kind of height and body the people here have. Sikhs are the tallest in the country, An average height of 170.4 cm while your kerala is 168.3 cm. Even the strongest men in india come from Punjab and Haryana. Not Kerala. And one more thing. Harbhajan is 6 feet. And kohli is a punjabi hindu. All the people you mentioned above are hindus. And the kind of body steel body virat has maintained. Its 1000 times better than John Ibrahim. You are not aware the fitness. The best body builder and first wrestler came out of punjab. Also, Hrithik roshan, sidhharth Malhotra, Sanjay dutt, sonu sood, vicky Kaushal, badshah, honey, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor are 6 feet....in cricketers, - navjot singh sidhu, Yuvraj, Harbhajan, Kapil dev, Bikram Sandhu, bhisham singh bedi etc are 6 feet Plus.

Nice video sir . I am not a big fan of bodybuilding but the main reason according to me is financial condition and fake supplements that our young boys gets disappointed in the start.
i think that for a lower middle or middle class boy ,its very hard to spent so much money on body and bodybuilding at national level requires very much money.

Can u help me out about my Gym workout schedule as given by my Trainer.
Actually I am a beginner and lost some weight, now my Trainer set exercise Schedule as on Monday : chest + shoulder + triceps.
    Tuesday : Back + Trapezius + Biceps.

Simultaneously it will repeat in next 3 days.
