In 2 weeks, I've nearly got my head on my knees, I do yoga in the morning, your videos actually, and then stretch after riding home from work in the evening whilst muscles are warm, I really make sure my toes are pointed with every scratch I think that helps stretch the tendens. I've progressed so much more then I ever have, I've been listening to my body more dues stretches and felt more connected, which I assume is the yoga 😊
No problem! Most important is keeping the back straight! It is not about how it looks! It must be safe. So bend the knees and the ribcage resting on the upper tights! See pralaya yoga

U cant touch ur feet on the first day of the routine if ur body is extremely stiff but eventually after some days u can...what she is showing is only applicable after some days not on the first day...coz working out is not magic...whatever u want to achieve will not happen on the first day itself.
Meanwhile me : practised for 20 days and now compleeltly able to flat my body on my back Note it trained hard for 2 times in day for 1 hour for 20 days under a professional yoga practioner 😅
