    Hi thanks for the video with perfect clarity in information. One question I have is. I admitted to USA on 6th July 2020 on immigration visa. CBP has endorsed it as Admitted. At the bottom of Visa it is mentioned that "Upon endorsement serves as temprary i551 valid for one year". I am yet to recieve Green Card. Meanwhile can I travel to India and come back within 180 days to USA on the basis of temporary i551 valid for one year from date of admiasion. My daughter has one year more studies back in India so she has to travel two three timea from USA to India and India to USA till completion of studies

    Hello, I applied for Naturalization on October 03 2019. The USCIS requested evidence that I did not abandon my US residence in 2014-2015 since I stayed outside of US for around 1 years and 10 days but actually for that period I had Reentry permit, then why they are asking for evidence that I did not abandon my residence if I had a Reentry permit. Could you please advise what to do?

    What if you took a vacation outside the USA for 5 weeks and your conditional resident green card holder that is about to expire within 4 months . Example leaving the USA on March 2020 your returing date to the USA is April 2020 and your Visa will expire on August 1 of the same year. Can you still return to the USA

    Do you have any insight into cases where the I-130 filer (spouse) is a US Citizen, and the other spouse has gotten their CR1? At what point would they be eligible to live in a different country, while maintaining the immigrant spouse's right to work/live in the US?

    Morning I’m Mario. I have a question, I‘m a green card holder permanent resident. and I have my mother she lives in Italy and she is 88 years old, she wants that I stay with her many time for each year. Can I go in Italy stay there 4 months, come back in USA stay 5 months, go in Italy stay there more 2 months and come back in USA again? And how long time can I stay outside of the USA each year ? Could my life be in and out from USA 🇺🇸 so to many times ? Thanks so much.

    I read that if I want to apply for citizenship that I must have lived in the US for 5 consecutive years and not be away for over 6 months. In terms of law, how long in days is '6 months'? 182 days? Thanks :)

    Hello Ma'am, may I know if this applies also if you're a conditional green card holder? My conditional green card expired on November 2022. I'm planning to visit my family on January 2022 for a month. Do I need to still need to apply for re entry?

    • @LOJOimmigration
      @LOJOimmigration  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello! Just for clarification, a Re-entry permit is for people who are travelling outside of the country for long periods of time, usually about 6 months or more. So, as long as you are not travelling for longer than 6 months, you should be fine. I hope that helps your understanding!

    • @meehaeilkeeihl9248
      @meehaeilkeeihl9248 Před 6 lety

      DeLA A you do not need a us passport.. us passports are used only by us citizens, if you have a green card, you are going to use it along with the passport from your native country.. lets say you are from india, you will present your indian passport and your green card upon entering USA..

    • @meehaeilkeeihl9248
      @meehaeilkeeihl9248 Před 6 lety

      In terms of traveling to other countries, there are countries that requires you to get a visa before entering.. it should not be that hard to get considering you are a greencard holder..
