Thank you Sir.
I have question my hubby has stoma bag (stool bag) but he is normally do everything he needs any dr letter or somthing we wanna apply visit visa just to explore usa we r family of 6 oll kids r under 18 or minor
Good morning Sir please I wanted to speak with you about my appointment before the third of May please
That did not work...
Hello sir,
I would like to ask you one important question, how important is your contact in USA when you apply the ds-160 because my contact is my brother and I applied with his previous address? Is it important to apply new ds-160 because of this address?
Thankyou in advance
I witnessed something at the us embassy that truly broke my heart when I went to apply for an us visa. I was right behind an elderly couple in the queue and I could hear every answer they provided. They wanted to visit their daughter who lived in the us. They told the interviewer how long they intended to stay for, how much money they had, where they would stay, documents proving the daughter was there legally, and several other questions to only hear in the end their visa had been declined as the interviewer was not convinced they would return home. I was a bit frightened when it was my turn but eventually I was granted the visa. It turns out my 10 year visa expired without me never visiting the us as I decided to visit some other places instead. If given the chance I would have gladly swapped places with that old couple.
That is very unfortunate! Glad you were approved, and hope you have a great trip.
My wife a University Administrator and Professor was denied a US Tourist Visa 3 times. She is just 6 years from retirement. Plus the only reason for the Visa was onward travel to Canada and Europe with the US stay 5 hours or less. Wise ass official the third time greeted her, "Happy Birthday your US Tourist Visa is Denied."
its so weird that immigrating to the us illegally is easier than migrating legally
This comment is underrated 😂
This channel is a blessing. The way both ex officers deliver the content is uniquely engaging. I bet people coming for visa tips end up wanting to work for the Foreign Service at the end of the day. )
Great videos!!!! Very clear voice, informative, professionalism!!!!
Appreciate the way you clearly spoke and tried to make listeners understand 👍

It’s all about HONESTY, I have a pending petition but granted a multiple 10 year entry last 2014 and renewed it just this Feb 2024 via the interview waiver and was issued another 10 year multiple entry. Just be honest, travel to the US at least 5 times in 10 years, don’t engage in any work related activities and you’re good to go
Yes! Honesty is key!
Do we need to give details of pending petition, or court approval for visa

It really boils down to who makes the interview. When I went to the interview there was this official that was denying visas to EVERYONE. At the waiting room we were all nervous because everyone was praying this guy wouldn't be assigned to any of us. When it was my turn, it was such a relief it was with another official. The interview was pleasant, and I got granted the visa, but when I left and said goodbye to a friend I made in the waiting area, he said the guy was still denying visas left and right. I wished him good luck.
This video helped me a lot in practicing and preparing my visa interview.
Thank you so much! :)

Thank you for the video, valuable information. The only downside is the “look just like you”!?!
He was probably thinking of someone "from your own culture", a countryman.
I would be highly amused if I was a visa applicant and they went through the trouble to find someone who looked just like me.
Very interesting video thank you so much ❤
Thankfully, as a Canadian, I will never have to go through a US visa interview. We can enter the US visa-free for up to180 days (many Canadian retirees do this and spend the winter months in Arizona, Texas or Florida). When we line up at the airport, we can line up with the Americans (that.line usually moves much faster) because we don't have to get our irises or fingerprints scanned, like all other foreigners do (though they do have full access to Cdn databases for crimes, health, etc so they know if you have committed a crime and can deny entry to you based on this). And yes, we can even study visa-free in the USA (however we do still need to register under the I-20 Student Registration program). When I got my pilot's license in the USA, no student visa was required. And the best part of getting the pilots lic in the USA is every single license, rating and endorsement is completely transferable to Canada, unlike EU, UK, Australia or any other country that has their own licensing requirements. (Only the PPL is transferable in most countries but not instrument rating, multi-engine, floatplane, etc.)
Canadians have it pretty good when it comes to the U.S. visa!
Thank so much sir for informative topic. I'm still waiting for 1=129 approval
Best of luck!

Well, my experience was terrible in 2015. The officer was a female. She seemed upset when i went to her window and dismissed me outrightly. I was shocked. She only asked what my name was and cut me before i could finish. She then went on to the next question. Where will you be staying... i mentioned it and she asked what state that was in. Right after giving her ther answer she refused my visavand asked me to leave the window. Wow !! I was shocked. Well, i just went to Dubai for the holiday. I enjoyed it😂😂.
So sorry to hear about this experience! Reach out to us - info@zfvisa.com - if you plan to try again. We should be able to help you improve your chance of success.

Good day Sir,
I had and accident and currently on crutches, with a brokenfemur ,can i still be granted CR1 visa? My spouse is a US Navy sailor
I did not apply for a visa to the United States, but all visa centers in most countries of the 1-st world require a huge pile of documents. And if the decision is mainly made on the basis of an internal criminal investigation, a visa application form and an interview, then WHY the hell do I need to prepare this bunch of documents! I don't understand! I spent a lot of money even on the translation of documents and I believe that 90% of these documents are not opened by my officer at all. I would be glad if you could explain this side of the visa officer's job.
Thanks a million for sharing this professional information

I have a very important question. I was not arested in USA on any criminal link, but was arrested and relieased and the case was dismissed on a case that was civic. It was related to immigration. I was given a case, court date to prove that I changed school properly, my school provided that and the case was dismissed. Even everytime i traveled to USA before, I had to wait extra 30 minutes or so at a special room, just for them to check this thing. Now, should I say I was arrested? although it was not criminal? It was related to removal proceedings that was dismissed.
We would need to know more to offer guidance, but you should definitely not try to hide this. Send us an email to info@zfvisa.com.

Hello
Please concerning the DV lottery program, my brother won but has an issue he genuinely needs assistance. He did travel outside his home country by land with no passport required to a neighbor country for business opportunities after graduation but he didn't last 8 months, got a bank account and got fingerprinted and face caption in that process. My question is since he didn't stay for more than 12 months, must he state in the ds260 and provide police Clearance report?
Copy of police certificates showing any past infractions or lack thereof. These certificates, also called “police clearance letters,” must be obtained from:
Any place in your home country where you lived for at least six months after age 16
Any place outside of your home country where you lived for at least one year after age 16
Any jurisdiction where you’ve ever been arrested or charged with a crime, regardless of how long you lived there or what age you were at the time
Thank you 🙏
You’re welcome 😊

Hello, Sir. I'm delighted to have watched your video as I am planning to apply for a visa. I currently work online, and I just want to ask if you also contact the employers we input in our application? Thanks

Hello! Thank you for the video it was helpful. I have one a question. If you have applied for a DV lottery green card (no response yet), will the Officer be able to see that information about me?
Thanks for all your hard work.
The officer will most likely be able to see that you have an active petition on file, and you should be prepared for a few questions about that. As always, the best advice is to be honest!
@@ZFvisa Thank you
My question is anyone could be assigned to any window, how does the officer quickly figure you out and have some of your info displayed while approaching the interview counter.
This is a great question! The process varies by Embassy/Consulate, but the officer will generally retrieve your file from your DS-160 confirmation page - either as you walk up to the window, or as soon as you hand the form over. This is one of several reasons why a Visa Officer cannot make a decision before they initiate the visa interview, and the answers you provide are crucial to the decision.
Hi,
I submitted my ds-160 and scheduled for appointment already. I just found i answer NO to the question have you traveled any countries/regions within the past 5 yrs? Which i did. Should I update it or can i just let the visa officer know at interview?
You should try to update the form. If you aren’t able to do so, we recommend that you reach out your the Embassy / Consulate where you plan to interview. They may recommend a new DS-160.
Hello sir, good day i had a serious issue and i am very confused. I got dv lottery for the year 2025 but the problem is i was in australia for almost 10 years and in that time i overstayed my visa for quiet a time. Now its been exact 1 year 11 months i am back to my home country nepal. I saw the sample ds 260 form and i noticed there is a specific question ie: have you ever been deported or removed from any country which i have. I wasn't deported forcefully but i left the country voluntarily. What should i do in this situation i had a little daughter and a wife and i want to give them a best life possible for all the pain they got from me being long distant and couldn't be with them for a number of years. Please kindly help me if you have any suggestions regarding this matter

Filled with very helpful information. What if my fiancé was denied two visa applications to come to the US, one as a student, and another as a model because of lack of family ties, and she also overstayed her worked visa in London? How would this affect her?”

I am applying for an F-1 visa, I visited the US last fall for an exchange program in a J-1 visa. Currently I am subjected to section 212(e). Can that lead to a visa rejection as by the time I will be going to US the 2 years requirement will not be fulfilled. And does having a J-1 visa approved previously increases the chances of getting visa again?
Thank you!

Pls sir, I applied for b1 visa to attend a professional conference, but I went and submitted before I knew that it takes time to schedule for interview. It’s a yearly conference but the date on the form I submitted for conference has passed before I could secure date. Should I fill another ds160 before the interview date to update the date for the next conference date
To be safe, it would be best to upload a new DS-160, but note that you may need to schedule (and pay for) a new interview if you do so. As an alternative, you can also keep your current DS-160 and note the new conference dates at your interview. Schedule a session with us at zfvisa.com if you'd like our help to prepare!
My visa got denied last year due to me admitting that I’ve consumed MJ in the state of IL. I’ve lived in the US all my life and when I got denied, I had to stay in Mexico for a whole year. I have my next exam coming up in June of 2024. I have not consumed any MJ since I’ve been held back. I’m also doing their “recommended rehab” to show that I don’t have a genuine problem with MJ.
Do you know of any similar cases that got an approval the second time around with a clean exam?
Ps: I have two kids with my husband who is my petitioner and all my boxes checked out except for the medical exam.
Any tip helps tremendously! Thank you!

Details such as your travel plans can usually be updated when you arrive for your interview. Be sure to mention those changes during your interview, or if possible, before your interview, such as when your fingerprints are taken (this is often when staff work to make sure all data is up to date). If any key information has changed, such as a job, then it may be advisable to file a new DS-160.

It’s important to review your DS-160 before submission - whether you fill it out or somebody else does for you. Unfortunately in most cases, you must submit a new DS-160 form to change any information, and that may also require a new interview appointment (and a new payment of the interview fee).
