Hi Sir, few things have changed after I submitted ds160 and scheduled appointment . 1) i have got promotion and salary increase ( not a material change) . 2)Also, travel plan dates I mentioned in ds 160 is for April but my actual travel date is November due to long wait time for visa stamping interview Should I create new ds 160 for above 2 changes and take both ds 160 confirmation for the interview ?

My husband was denied before the interview even started. They called his name he walked up to the counter. They handed him a letter of denial. And then called someone else and done the same thing. I have seen so many people on fb groups regarding USA immigration get denied over little things. Everything is perfect but they never traveled. And people tell them go to Asia first. They make enough money but their work is remote. They have a job but their parents always paid for *family* vacations so the parents was paying the biggest part of the bill as they made a lot of money. Denied because they wanted to go Texas. Yes you read that correctly. It was " expected to go to LA or NYC " someone said in reply to that . Denied because they wanted to see a friend. Denied because they answered with too much details. Denied because they was asked what their parents do and they replied their mother works for so and so their father was the owner of the company before he recently died. Was deemed " too much info " The girl who was called up after my husband was denied because not enough ties to the country even tho she made the equivalent of 15K USD a year ( which is alot for her country ) had all her friends and family there job there went to school there and was engaged to a man there. And no criminal history neither any over stays. These were all non immigration intended filing visitor visas. I sincerely hope my husband doesn't get frowned on for being denied before. This was before we got married. So he was not filing as my husband. We had only known each other 10 months at that time. Now we've married almost 3 years been together 5ina half.

I gave my study visa interview to Poland. I think I made some dumb mistakes like when she asked, "how did you pay your fees?" I told he through "(bank name) remittance." After the interview, I realized she meant where did I get my funds for fees. Literally ruined my own life with my mouth. I have no plans to migrate anywhere but what I want to study is not taught in my country. 😭

Я был рождён 1990 года . 2010 г поступил в институт, ДЕЛО : 2011 г в квартире где мы с студентами жили, мой друг поругалься с ребятами с соседней комнате и потом решил провоцировать меня рано утром когда я спал. И мы поругались далее конфликт дошел до драки с ножом, рана была маленькая царапина мы помирились и он хотел идти в институт НО я попросил сначала чтобы он зашёл в больницу чтобы царапину осмотрели. И ждал его в квартире, пришел участковый и забрал меня Решение Суда! Суд назначил мне 5 лет и через месяц пересуд уменьшил решение на 2 г 6 месяц В итоге я был в СИЗО 9 МЕСЯЦЕВ + В тюрьме 5 месяц 18 дней, и освободился ДОСРОЧНО. В 2012 году Я ПРОДОЛЖИЛ институт и закончил 2017 году. И 2019 году поженился И сейчас у меня 2 е дочек. Я работаю официально в сфере общепита в ресторанах старшим поваром в России с 2017 го года, по сей день . 2023 г участвовал в дв 2025 и прошёл выборочный этап. Заранее СПАСИБО большое!

I am Egyptian had USA tourist visa from Qatar because I worked cabin crew in Qatar however now I live in England and my visa never been used and also it will expire December 2024 .
