thank you ZF team my visa was approved after being asked just one question. Key is how you present yourself a warm greeting and a genuine smile can also go a long way

I'm doing Eb3 Unskilled Workers visa but someone told me that type of visa can be rejected in the US embassy like F1 or B1 .. etc! So imagine waiting around 3-4 years then get rejected!

The qualification requirements for an EB3 are very different from an F-1 or a B-1. Please reach out to us at info@zfvisa.com if you'd like to discuss this further.

Hey Travis, Mandi and I had a session last month and we discussed my previous denial. I was super confident for my next interview which happened last week. However, my first question was VO: "Why masters now?"
Me: It's integral to the work that I do, I am a... she cut me off by a second question, VO: Where did you do your undergraduate?
Me: I mentioned my former university.
VO: How much is your salary?
Me: I mentioned and immediately she said I did not qualify.
I did not get a chance to present what Mandi and I discussed, especially after she cut me off at question one before I could even say anything.😢 I even had a scholarship and a grant.
What may have happened? I'm so heartbroken.

Hi Juddy, I'm so sorry to hear about the visa denial. It sounds like you had bad luck, and this officer was grumpy. It doesn't seem like this visa denial was about you. I would highly recommend you interview again, and still use the same techniques we practiced. There is always an element of luck in this process-- some officers we worked with had a tendency to just deny everyone, others were much more patient and willing to listen. Don't give up! Best of luck, and please send us an email at info@zfvisa.com to let us know how it all goes.

Thanks Travis for reaching out. Is it okay to apply for Spring 2025 or wait till Fall 2025 considering that I'm a non-traditional student having worked for sometime, and in my late 30s? Won't it also look terrible going for a third time( after 2 refusals, first one was 2 years ago)? Now that I have attained a Master degree (which is a prerequisite to the course I was going for), should I just try get a PHD admission ( I realized I qualify for the same course at PHD level) before going back to the embassy? I'm super confused. Thanks.

If someone is planning to study an ESL program which means English as Second Language in the US,if he speaks a fluent or even a good English in the interview, won't it make ambiguous for the officer that he has already such a nice English and still he wants to learn English??

    Hello ZFvisa,
I'm reaching out for assistance. In 2011, while pursuing my bachelor's degree, I applied for a visitor's visa but was unfortunately denied. Now, I'm interested in pursuing a master's degree in the US.
However, I've lost my original application ID and DS-160 form. Is it possible to retrieve the DS-160 form I completed 13 years ago? I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.
    Thank you."
