Canadians are able to enter the USA for visiting purposes up to 6 months. I’m just wondering if a VISA WAIVER through I94 can be extended beyond the standard 90 day period to up to 6 months since I am Canadian.
If I am a Canadian citizen going to school on a F-1 Visa and they issue me I 94 Visa. Will I be able to work on my I-94 Visa or would I have to apply for change of status?
Does I-94 have the departure date information? If I try to enter the country a second time and there is only entry date for the first visit, how does the CBP know if I overstay during the first visit?
So since this COVID is putting the DHS temporary hold , I can’t get a original of my I94 , all I have is a copy , but I need an original since I’m trying to get a job . And we moved from the FSM and came to The States in 03 under my parents , and only had a copy of my i94 card. It’s Hard getting information, and when I went Online to see my history, it said there’s no information under me. Any suggestions on what to do?

No i94 info given. I checked online and i94 is good till feb 2023. Do they have to leave before visa expired? Thanks in advance.
My wife's very first entry in the US with FX1 visa category happened last april 18 of this year. For the last 6 months her social security number didnt arrive. She was interviewed last october 15 for social security number application in our local SSA office here in Moreno Valley, Ca. We are confused why the lady who interviewed my wife was looking for her I-94 while she entered the US with FX1 visa. I believe I-94 is not required for immigrants. Am i right?
Question:.I am on a E2 Visa for 5 years....i know if i am correct that i can not stay more than 2 years at a time...EXample : i was in the US for 18 month straight ,if i go out to visit family for 2 weeks in canada and go back to the usa to work . hello lojo i believe u r good. i have a question, my wife and my kids r came from africa as a refugee but to live permanentelly. they give them in chigcago airport, a kind of small paper, i gust it is a i-94, but it has no any photo. so, while we ask any government offices , they ask a them a photo id of government. but i believe their i-94 coze it is without a photo, the the worker in government offices can't accept them. so, is it necessar for the i-94 paper or card to have a photo ? or if its not, can we ask for immigration to give as or to replace our current i-94 paper which is without photo? what do u think? thanks

I renewed my passport last year itself but didn't check I94 which was expired on 6/21/2019. Am I out of status? Is there any way I could rectify this. @@saischinnappa7764 try calling multiple CBP sites to check your luck. If not, please go with H1B NPT. My lawyer went through with NPT and rest I leave it to God. Will keep you posted
the i 94 is only recording your info for you on when you are expected to depart - at most usually a years time - its not going to help you or mean anything 18 years later

I-94 are still issued if you cross a land border.
How can I legally work in the US on a B/2 status?

$400 if he wants to apply c11 category. If he waits about 160 days he’ll qualify for c08 category which is free.
