My most recently I94 information is not showing up on I-94 CBP website. I went to Deferred Inspection Site times asking them to fix my I-94 issue. I told them without I-94 information, I do not know my Class of Admission, Admit Until Date, etc which is important information for me. The officer just told me that I do not need I-94 and do not fix my I-94 problem, he even did not check the system looking for my record. Attitude is bad. What should I do in this situation?

Im currently without legal status, My husband is filling out my i-130 and i-485, my travel history (B2 category) does show all of my arrivals and departures, but my i-94 just show my first entree, should i fill out my forms with my last arrival (stamped) and explain the issue?

How do I update my name on my i94? Do I need to update it? I recently changed my first name and added a middle name. All my documents except my passport and my i94 have my new name on them. My current status is CFA/MIS which allows me to stay here for an unlimited length of time.
