Hello, I have a question. My visa yellow packet got a small tear on its side. I contacted the US embasssy here in Philippines and they told me to visit the embassy and reseal it. The problem is I am very far from the embassy and my flight is in 10 days. I didn’t try to open the packet and got no idea why it got torn. Maybe I didn’t place it properly on my bag. Is there a possibility that I will be offloaded? Thank you.
