- Have you received an approval notice for your green card, work permit, or travel document but have still not received the actual card? It may have been shredded by USCIS. Starting April 2, 2018, USCIS will destroy Permanent Resident Cards, Employment Authorization Cards and Travel Documents returned as undeliverable by the U.S. Postal Service after 60 business days if USCIS is not contacted by the document’s intended recipient to provide the correct address.
USCIS encourages applicants to report a change of address within 10 days of relocation using the procedures outlined at uscis.gov/addresschange.

I am a petitioner for my husband, and we sent in all forms (485,i130, i131) at the same time Feb 2017. He was approved for i130,i131 and 765 this month but nothing has been updated for the 485. They failed to deliver my green card to my attorneys office, which was returned. Now I’m stuck and have no idea what to do. I-90 is pending and nothing for over 12months.

Thanks for this video. My combo card (Advance parole and Employment Authorization) was mailed to my in November 9. The post office never delivered. I called USCIS November 30 (They got the card back November 28), after that I have been calling every month trying to get my card but they say all time: wait 30 days, wait 60 days.... and i still don't get it. I don't know what to do at this point, because I don't know if they destroyed my document or not. Is unbelievable that happen this kind of things and the applicant must to pay for other people mistakes because nobody asume their responsibility. I never change my address and I get all immigration mail, except my EAD card.
Is your EAD-AP card based on a pending I-485 application to adjust status? If so, you may want to just file new applications for EAD-AP. If your I-485 was filed within the last 10 years, you don't have to pay a filing fee for the EAD-AP, so apply for a replacement card.

Hi there i have a question i just checked my status and it says that they delivered the i765 work permit card on January 5th but i never recived anything from USPS so i guess they destroy the case, what do i do now? How do i ask them to send another one? Do i need to go tru the whole process all over again or i just pay another 540 and they send me another work permit card?

Hi Ms. I got approval from Uscis a month ago on work permit through mail .. but haven’t received an ead card.. I called to uscis and they said the card was approved but didn’t went for print.. asked to wait 60days.. but it’s already a month after approval.. can I start working without actual card but an approval letter??

I have been waiting for my green card since Dec and I contacted the uscis in which I learnt it was returned to them so I gave them my address again (hasn't changed) and said I should wait for 90 days and I haven't received it yet I contacted them again and they said I should wait for a reply on May 9.
