I love how you explained everything. I’m Supposed to be a U.S. Citizen who was wrongly removed from the United States. My mother became a naturalized citizen before my eighteen birthday. She had full custody of me when I was a minor. I was born out of wedlock in Honduras. The government argument was that I didn’t qualified through my mother because since my father had sign my birthday, Honduras law made me a legitimate child. Which is not true. Legitimation in Honduras is the child’s parents marriage with acknowledgment of the child birth. I need help getting back home to my family please.

Hi, I was born in Mexico 6/73 my father while living in the US was a resident alien. He was granted citizenship in 1978 and applied to get my mother my siblings and myself permanent resident status and was successful in doing so. One year after finally moving to the US my father passed away. So we continued living in the US for the following 30 years. I never applied for citizenship all that time either. I got mixed up with the wrong crowd and caught a felony possession for sale charge that landed me in prison and eventually deported. I’ve lived in Mexico from 6/11 to present day 7/31/23 and was wondering if I had any possibility of qualifying for derivity? It’s a long shot I know but I guess I’ll never know if I don’t ask.😊 p.s I had a half brother that died in Vietnam. From my father’s first marriage.. thank you in advance 😊

My grandkids are born abroad. If I apply for N-600 or N600K for them to become citizens, I need to show evidence of 5 years living in the US. Is my Certificate of Naturalization sufficient proof for this? My wife also has the certificate of Naturalization. Have you successfully filed with just the certificate as evidence? We are currently outside the US. Can fly back if need be. We have valid US passports to travel back any time.

Son to him he care and took care of my son better than his biological father.. my husband loved him like his own so we decided to register my son in his name, do you think that would be a problem now .. like we were together for 14 years now we separated but still married . . I am a legL resident. Do you think it would be best for me to file for my son green card or apply for his American passport ...
