She had full custody of me when I was a minor. I was born out of wedlock in Honduras. The government argument was that I didn’t qualified through my mother because since my father had sign my birthday, Honduras law made me a legitimate child. Which is not true. Legitimation in Honduras is the child’s parents marriage with acknowledgment of the child birth. I need help getting back home to my family please.
Hi, I was born in Mexico 6/73 my father while living in the US was a resident alien. He was granted citizenship in 1978 and applied to get my mother my siblings and myself permanent resident status and was successful in doing so. One year after finally moving to the US my father passed away. So we continued living in the US for the following 30 years. I never applied for citizenship all that time either. I got mixed up with the wrong crowd and caught a felony possession for sale charge that landed me in prison and eventually deported. I’ve lived in Mexico from 6/11 to present day 7/31/23 and was wondering if I had any possibility of qualifying for derivity?
