Hi, @Hajrah-xq4dp! I have uploaded those videos in the past. If you head over to the channel, you can find them there. As for the result in less than a month, results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Some see results in 7 days, some take more time than that. Just remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪
