I would really like to see the Gasoline to Methanol transition Devin, as that is a question I've had for quite a while that nobody seems to answer.. Thanks for this vid tho man. Very helpful.
Hey, i have a few questions. at 7:02 you state that the sparkplug would look like crap if you transitioned from pump gas to methanol. do you mean it looks like crap for reading plugs? or does it effect how reliably the methanol is ignited? Also, lets say you run a street car on pump gas, and say above 12-14psi you switch over to methanol. how fast does it methanol contaminate your oil? i assume it has to do with how much fuel your flowing so i am going to put up two scenarios. One is using a secondary set of injectors as methanol injection ontop of pump gas, say 30% of the duty cycle. and the other is 100% on methanol, say 2300~lbhr. What frequency would you expect to change your oil? if its a street car, and just running on pump gas could it burn off the methanol in the oil like it does with water from condensation? appreciate you good sir!
I was researching how to do this earlier today and your video explained it more simply than any other forum post or video. My question is will it cause an issue if I stage the injectors? For example running the 220lb injector to 75% duty before rolling in the next set of injectors and running both sets in tandem.
i always recommend getting them in as soon as you can, but it shouldnt cause an issue if the fuel demand is reasonably high. just always make it idle on both sets induvudally once to confirm both sets are working correctly
@devin vanderhoof I definitely want to know how to phase in a different fuel type. And I do want to know if there's a way to independently adjust only one set of injectors for ethanol content and have the other set just pure race fuel or methanol.
I would also love to see the methanol video. Are those AFIS the same brand that Bailey had just touched on his video with? Just curious, as the guy who flowed his, really seemed to know his stuff, even though I had never thought about setting up a return setup like he recommended. Also, do you have a set schedule on training classes? Are they on your website?
Was trying to do super thanks... but failed using QR code. But, YES would like to see gas to meth or even more specificallu e85/90 to adding Meth down track. Thanks. Great video as always.
In that case you're best off using an ethanol content sensor and setting up offset tables. A set of eight 220lb/hr injectors can feed enough e85 for over 1500hp but still idle rather well on gasoline.
I'll probably never use it either but was really cool on how you go about setting it up.. One quick question, not sure if I missed it but what's the trigger to move from Injector Set#1 over to Set#2 & Set#3 combo?? Thanks again for all the great info..
So if I understood you correctly, if I'm running 2 sets of the same injector (2x 220bosh in my case) I will just do 50% on both charts under boost since it will be using both?
I'd Love to see that gas to Methanol Video. Nice job on this one also, really good info. Thanks for taking the time to do it.
My man this is totally off this videos subject but your car looks amazing and is flying on sick week glad to see you finish this yr awesome job 👏
Good job on sick week man
Saw ya on steve morris video. Interesting to hear ya talk about how to trouble shoot the car.

Nice info and great explanation , thanks for continuing to take the time to make these videos . Much appreciated 💪🏻

I'll never be using multiple injector sets but this is interesting anyway. So cool!
can you go over the wiring and pin mapping to run three sets of injectors?
Devin, if you were to use a single set of AFIS 250’s OR 400’s in a single set of injector scenario, with a dominator you STILL need the driver module?

Yes they are the same injectors

I would be interested in gas to E85 injectors or a blend of both for low hp street strip set up

@@Ribbityibzki i have a flex fuel sensor, just realized my typo......meant to say, E85 to Methanol or blend of both. Thanks
@@young11984 ah, I see. Hopefully Devin makes a video on that so he can explain it better than me trying to do it in a comment, lol

yes sir
Is there a way to trick the terminator to run two sets?
Yes. But it's not recommended
@@Kincentc I still wanna know the info on how to do it.
you wont get that from me, as i wont support it lol
@@theholleyefiguy fair enough. Thank you sir
@@theholleyefiguy probably a better idea to just get a dominator or HP.
Not v3 🤣🤣🤣
