Thanks for watching 🙌! What are you taking away from Anna’s inspiring success that can help you on your journey? Let Anna and I know in the comments below.
Love your Videos, I started watching 4 days ago, and something clicked I went from a pack a day to only 4 the next day one the next day, and one today. Feeling confident and now success is in my future! I have no doubt about it! The Val Video was my first one!
I love hearing other peoples’ experiences.
I’ve purchased the program nearly a year ago and have yet to commit to it which frustrates me & blows my mind. I do believe this is a terrific program. Not sure where my stubbornness and/or fear is residing. 💜 I quit one before for a year but tried one again, which became one pack & the habit was back. I do remember the freedom & better breathing, though. 🥴💜
Hi April like you said this is a terrific program and we're here to support you every step of the way! Sometimes fear stops us from taking the very first step, but once you do take that first step you will start wanting to take the next one and the next one. Just focus on the first step. Open the program, watch the very first video. See what happens :)

Thank you!
Congratulations Anna!
I am in a similar state. I want to quit but i am failing again and again..can someone help.
Nadia when it comes to smoking which part of us smokes The ID The EGO or The SUPEREGO and which part of us would stop us from smoking
Finally gave up that last cigarette! YAY! QBC, 2 weeks whoo hoo!
Alot of yeah's lol.
What's so hard about getting rid of that last one cigarette? It is so hard.
Sorry about all the yeah's this happens sometimes during an unfiltered conversation. To answer your question, all cigarettes are the same, have the same contents, shape and function. The last cigarette seems harder to get rid of because it holds our relationship with smoking and underlines our fear of being without it. Once you overcome the mental dependence on nicotine, the last cigarette will have no special meaning or power and you will break free.
@@CBQMethod don't apologize for the yeahs, I loved it
I need help,please 😢
Just do it now
