I’m an apprentice at the moment. Me and my lead recently installed one of these. The line by the EEV was freezing up after adding 84 pounds of refrigerant. I noticed when he was taking out valve core moisture was making its way into the copper lines. Could that cause the line to freeze up?
Can you use the PAC-USCMS-MN-1 tool as well to make the connection between the PC and Unit? Great Video. BTW I have these units and am tired of techs not knowing what they are doing. Thanks for your hard work and for doing it right. Sharing good info is essential as trades are dying.

The software is free and accessible to all via the internet and for converter you have to be a hvac contractor for most venders however you can find some who will sell to non hvac contractors
This tool works on any mitsubishi city multi that has the M-Net communication ie if you have a system using 3 wire communication and power /line voltage combination ( mini splits) it won't work unless it's a P series and you install the Mnet adapter on the outdoor unit

Unlikely,,,, most likely faulty or restricted valve

System was 30 lbs low on refrigerant charge
