She blamed it on impound and buying the car from her girlfriend.
@@planetvegan7843 It's illegal to conceal-carry a loaded gun in some jurisdictions. That's why a gun wouldn't be loaded. Regardless, she's likely going to lose her right to conceal-carry due to her arrest on felony drug charges & will likely be required to surrender her gun as part of any bond conditions. She also broke the law by failing to declare she had a loaded gun upon approach by the officer. This is clearly outlined on every conceal-carry permit. When the officer asked if there were any illegal drugs or weapons in the car, she denied it when in fact she had both a loaded gun & illegal drugs in her car. That's 100% illegal.

The other day I got pulled over 72 in a 60. By the time the cop got to my window all my windows were down I had my license and the reg in my hand and was working on the insurance card on my phone. He walks up I gave him a friendly hi how ya doin? Gave him my stuff showed him my phone. He was shocked speechless for a couple of seconds. To the point I looked up at him then he says if your license is clean I 'll give you a warning. I said wow get outa here lol!!! Came back thank you sir drive carefully. Its not hard. Its a simple business transaction on the side of the road.
🆒️
I got pulled over once for speeding and when they lit me up, I pulled into a gas station. Same thing, I turned off my car, rolled my windows down, had everything ready to give to them and my hands on the steering wheel. When he approached I gave him everything, included my concealed weapons license. He asked if I had a firearm. I told him yes and he asked where it was. I told him it was in the center console and he just told me to leave it there. He went back to his car then returned a couple minutes later. He just gave me a verbal warning. Then he thanked me for doing everything correctly and making his job easier and said that’s why he was only giving me a warning instead of a ticket. So yeah, it’s not difficult. Most of the people who fight and verbally abuse the police know they were in the wrong but they’re desperate to avoid accountability.
The fact you may recognize it as a business transaction is already wrong... you were wrong for speeding tho the cops can use discretion that being said they tend to be more willing to use it with clean cut white men than say.... anyone who isn't, police corruption is real and horrible my uncle was on the force for 17 years and he deleted himself due to what he saw and depression, not all cops are bad and not all are good thus time it was someone doing wrong yes but it's the classic sharpshooter fallacy you ignore all the times they stall people out wasting there time to get a dog about and there isn't a clickbait video to show it, and THAT happens much more than what happened here

I think it may be called flat affect
@@Musicjuice11 flat affect is just a lack of facial expression, it has nothing to do with the movement of the mouth when speaking 😊
That's Meth Mouth....it's like watching a badly dubbed foreign film!
Fun fact: She's only thirty years old.🤪
“I’m kinda in a hurry.” This stop just got waaaay longer 😂
OMG what a cute pup she has. The police dog is beautiful too.
If you can't stand do not buy a car that you have to "drop" into. Buy yourself a nice SUV
Exactly!!😂
stupid comment even harder to get up in an SUV. BTW she is a drug addict gun holder but she might also have MS
Totally agree!
Maybe I'm wrong because I have never driven an SUV, but if their anything like my brothers truck I know it would be difficult for me to get in. I drive a Toyota Camry and adjust the seat up higher. I have a spinal cord injury and neither high nor low would be good. My nerves and muscles are damaged from waist down and I have the muscle weakness like someone with MS so I see your point about a car that sits low.
@janiestla5945 no honey a Equinox, Escape, or a Rogue are easy in easy out. Pickups have more clearance, so it's a handle and a boost in.
You know how those tow yards are, take your money and leave drugs
Only guilty people don't wind down their window
What a messy car!
The officer asked “is there anything in the car that I should know about?”
No officer… you don’t need to know about what’s in the car 😂
How does she make sound come out of that little slot under her nose like that?
I mean I'm disabled and that's the first thing I do when a cop pulls me over is I tell him hi I'm mentally ill LOL
😂😂😂😂
As somebody who takes gabapentin for nerve damage from a prior broken back, I will tell you one gabapentin is not going to do that to you.
Exactly I am prescribed three 300 mg a day and I’ve doubled up once when I missed a dose because I wasn’t in a lot of pain at the time so when the pain hit me I took two of them at once and I thought I was stoned in a not fun way
@@NotSorryCharlee
I did the exact same thing. Never again.
Is anyone else sick of hearing that the person pulled over “Always” has a lawyer they need to call!
I don’t have one on speed dial!!
They’re so wealthy so of course they have several on retainer 😂
I have MS but have never used it as a crutch for sympathy... people like this piss me off.
For someone that was high, she actually wasn't aggressive.
I don't think she was on meth😂😂😂
Do some people not know how to clean the car inside ?
Right? She said she’d started cleaning out the car yesterday, but obviously didn’t get far at all. 🤷♀️
They don't bring the canine to determine if they're going to search your vehicle they bring the canine because they've already determined they're going to search your vehicle and they need a valid reason.
Yeah & the dog did nothing until he said “look up there.”
I’m pretty sure that this is not her first rodeo with law enforcement but she gotta come up with some better BS than what she told them !! Like someone just randomly threw that in the car at the Police Impound 🤦♂️😂
When you have illegal items in your car, it's probably not a good idea to swerve all over the road trying to eat a bowl of chili while you're driving.
Did a little research on MS and heroin use: "Drug abuse could contribute to MS-related symptoms and complications or worsen
existing co-occurring conditions." so she's not doing herself any favors if she really does have MS. She's got serious problems and
looks like she's getting her car towed again. She sounds high, too.
I've never seen them bring a k-9 out and say he didn't "alert" for something... such B.S to sidestep our rights.
Just remembered her gun ? MS but not on any medications? New phone ? Can barely stand so were is a walker/cane ?
To be fair, she did say that she was on gabapentin.
I hate when people bring their dogs into the situation like this. I have 9 dogs and I would never do anything to put them in jeopardy or have animal control take them.
You could claim they are comfort dogs. I am looking into getting myself a comfort elephant, which I plan taking with me on flights.
She is full of BS
I pray she spent time in jail. Loaded gun ain't good.
I agree. We are nasty people; but she was, oh, so lovely and disabled, and full of shit.
A law enforcement officer can ask if there is anything illegal in the car at ANY time. They can also ask you to get out of the car for ANY reason, and bring a K9 for ANY reason,
Provided it is done in a reasonable amount of time.
They can bring a k9 but it is illegal on there end to hold you up for a k9 to show up without probable cause theres something in the vehicle
Not entirely true. They can't make you wait for a K9 unless they have actual probable cause to believe there's illegal drugs in the vehicle. I don't think this officer had probable cause, so if she hires a good lawyer, they should be able to get all the evidence found after the K9 alert suppressed.
No traffic stop can be extended as to wait for a k9. The Supreme Court has already ruled on it & multiple cases have backed this up hundreds of times over.
@@christopheraaron8299I think her actions are reason.
Wow, is she high right now! Sure, she doesn't know what drugs are in the black zipper case🤣🤣🤣
Subbed because no stupid narrations that have nothing to do with the video. Thanks for a good one!
I love when they ask “Anything in the vehicle I should know about? Weapons? Drugs? A body?” Like they will tell them 😂😂😂
They have to ask. I've seen several videos where FTOs tell their rookies they are required to ask certain things. Of course the officers know they are going to be lied too, but they still have to ask.
she did so well
cop "do you want to talk to me"
girl "Not without an attorney"
And then she just starts answering...... omg
She told the officer everything about her car and license and MS. Why didn't she say she had a loaded gun in her possession . Aren't you supposed to declare when there's a weapon in the car--loaded.
Yes it's purely a safety thing. You can open a concealed carry in ohio with no licenses legally.
Why don't these officers take cell phones 1st thing when they arrest these people?
Please step out and give me the damn phone.
They have no right to take personal property. Plus, it’s legal to record during a stop. Can be held liable if they don’t let someone record.
Never ever tell cops that you had anything like marijuana or alcohol consumed that day. It gives them probable cause to extend the stop
Bringing the dog was just an excuse to get into the car. Straight up.
I wonder if she even has MS. I hate that people use diseases just to seek sympathy.
Officer another officer died the other day approaching the drivers door.Apply the the new 85 rule were you approch the back passenger window ona right side draw..
Note to self. If youre gonna smoke, drink, u need to drive with the windows down so theres no odor in the car
We found drugs in that fake Louis Voitton bag miss... her: what is drugs?
In my state..a traffic stop can not be extended beyond a reasonable time in order to bring a drug dog. If the K-9 unit is the one conducting the stop, that’s a different story…
But…idk maybe don’t do drugs and be a sh*t person and you won’t have any problems :)
💯
She’s off her face. But her dog is so stinking cute
She moves her mouth when speaking like her jaw has been wired shut
She is going to be in a world of sheeet with withdrawals in jail
Yea for sure
Why did the cop throw the toy at the car window?? 😂😂
