- On the 30th of March 2024, an officer was driving around in his patrol vehicle when he noticed a suspiciously parked car in the middle of the road. After approaching the vehicle he notices a young woman sleeping behind the wheel. So he decides to investigate.

I ran out of gas one time back in the 80's, while pregnant mind you, and I put the car in neutral and pushed it to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. It's common sense. This is the unfortunate, pathetic, self entitled world we live in.

@@Tmisciathat’s not exactly true. She CAN be arrested for refusing a field sobriety test, based on what the officer observes. In her case, she was slumped over the wheel, with a blanket no less, and parked in the middle of the road. Most sober people don’t do that. When they tried to arrest her, she resisted AND acted like a toddler with no sense and bit the officer.

I'm a Black man and I honestly didn't see any racist ways from the two officers..I think they were extremely nice from the jump..the female doesn't understand that when she's operating a vehicle she has to follow rules and regulations on the road. The officers have all rights to ask a person questions that is sleep in the middle of the road behind the wheel.. I think if she was ladylike from the beginning they would of understood her situation with sympathy...on top of all this she was operating a vehicle with no valid insurance???? Come on.. Smh
I notice a lot of females throw around the words "racist" and "r@pe" when they're getting arrested. Zero accountability.
I'm disabled, I can't walk and I'm bed-bound (which *really sucks*) so I rely on the help of Personal Care Assistants, funded by the state where I live and they assigned a woman to be my assistant who was just like that. She would belittle me, degrade me, berade me, treat me like shit, she stole from me, and she cheated on her timecard. She'd barely work 15 hours and she'd write in that she worked 40 hours. That's straight-up fraud. She was only supposed to be a fill-in while my amazing, Mother Theresa PCA was overseas visiting her daughter who had just given birth. When she came back, the mean PCA threw a tantrum! Vicious, horrible, immature, unprofessional, *scary AF* TANTRUM.
And she had her big belly hanging out all the time, big long SHARP nails which are horrible for wearing gloves, the stupid attitude, all of that.
Not to mention, her basic math skills were horrendous, her grasp of the English language was excruciatingly painful, and she was abusive.
And she was on her phone *ALL THE TIME.*
The day I fired her, when she threw a raging tantrum, I calmly kept asking her to please not raise her voice, and she would say, "This my voice! THIS HOW I TALK! NOW YOU GOTTA A PROBLEM WITH HOW I TALK??"
She kept repeating over and over that once my regular PCA who had been overseas got back, "You put me on the back burner!!" I sure did! She also kept saying, "I actually liked working here!" As if I was supposed to be like, "Oh, okay. Then I'll fire the complete ANGEL I have and keep you because this is the one job you can tolerate."
The only reason she liked it was because I treated her like gold. I thought that maybe she was so mean because of a past trauma or some abuse, or something, so I was overly lenient with her by looking past her horrific behavioral problems, and looking past my own sadness and fear being around her in an attempt to make a pisitive impact on her life.
I *thought* the reason she was so mad was because it worked. Then I called the agency to follow up and the representative said something like, "She was an asset to you working 40 hours a week." FORTY HOURS, YOU SAY?? That week she worked less than three hours, and most weeks she averaged 12 or 15.
SHe was *ROTTEN* down to the core.
"Go ahead and search my car! No, wait! You can't search my car!" Your math ain't mathing.

@@toppcatt5113btw running out of gas _is_ a crime if it results in you blocking a roadway. _you_ are responsible for making sure your car has gas in it. If you fail to do so and end up blocking a highway, you are absolutely responsible for that. If you drive a car knowing it's about to break down and end up blocking a freeway and endangering people, you are responsible for that. They tend to be lenient with it because they know people are idiots and usually didn't mean harm but it's an obstruction of the roadway in any case.

These police officers live for this stuff. I grew up in a small town in the 60s . I was stopped by the police for swerving a bit and yes I had been drinking. They talked with me and actually brought me home . My dad was able to go get my car . Times sure have changed

Not knowing the reason why this person might have passed out and be disorientated is probably why the cop was nicer at the beginning. It's not only people who are on drugs or drank alcohol that pass out at the wheel. Even if the majority are people driving under the influence who end up in that situation, it makes sense to not assume since it's not always the reason.

An unaltered person would go to the friend and ask for help pushing the car out of the way while waiting for gas. No one ever arrived with gas for the car. She lied from beginning to end.
