Hi im new to working out, just dont know much bout resting and what types of excercizes there are so im literally researching xD. Anywyas, got a question, how long should i rest in every set? Example: 3= 15reps curling 1min rest? Then proceed to next set: 3= 12concentration curls Or does it go like this? 1set=15 reps curling 1min rest 1set=15 reps curling 1min rest? 1set=15 reps curling Then proceed to other excercize? Just confused at google’s answers, says to rest for 3-5mins per ”SET”, aint that too long? Wont a simole 3 set curling take like 20mins to do?
Hi, I’m also fairly new to working out and I like to rest 1 minute and a half between every set. I recommend setting a timer on your phone so you’ll be notified when your rest is over. Another thing you could do is listen to your body. If you feel like you need more rest then don’t be afraid to get the extra rest
No. Not too late. I'm 29 and I've been working out at home with dumbbells. As long as you are consistent and do good amount of reps for sets with good breaks you're set. My body had a rough winter but weather is warm and I'm working out.
