- Using a Bench to train your chest is the most optimal way to make the most gains but if you don’t have a bench, there’s no reason not to train them so here’s some moves to try out. You can do all these on a Bench too if you have one 💯

Guys notice that he did the flies with lighter weight.Those are dangerous with heavier weight please be careful.

Try not to lift heavy if you can't mainly do it I would say go with you can lift for 3 weeks then try to lift a little heavy

@@steev708 each of these exercises (8-12 reps) of 3 sets , when you keep on doing it and you feel good you can even increase the number of sets , but keep the reps same (8-12) that's the most efficient number of repetitions

For the third exercise, don’t crash the dumbells to eachother. Also bend your elbows when going down too on that exercise

I have no bench! So I use 3 things that I have! My chair, a single seater backless bench, and my bed! First I put the single seater bench on the side of my bed (no gaps in between). And then I put my chair facing towards the bench and my bed! All three put together in a line with no gaps in between! Then I get on my bed, and lay on the three of em! My head goes on the chair! My upper back on the single seater bench! And the area below the upper back goes on my bed! Tada, I made myself a custom temporary bench!😂🤣
Now I can do dumbbell bench press on it!

@@noxmember4722if you go to the gym during ramadhan you would risk discarding your fast, working out takes alot of energy and you need to drink and eat alot after, thats why muslims who go to the gym prefer not to go because it would risk their fast

I really only feel this in my biceps
if ur ref to dumbell flys, try and bend ur elbows when going down, also arch ur back (not for the sake of arching, but imagine pulling ur shoulderblades down). last tip, imagine ur chest muscle fibers pulling your arms to close. hope that helped

When I do my chest workouts I can never really hit the inside of my chest. Instead all the pain the next day is where my shoulders and chest connect what should I do?
With a cable machine set it high, and go high to low, act like your punching the floor, an cross your hands alternating back and forth, squeeze at the bottom. You'll feel that in the center 😆

Just keep doing it guys,
1. try to reach full ROM
2. Go slow (Concentric+Eccentric)
Try to think about the muscle, eventually with time you'll feel more and more.
if your arms are doin all the work, reduce the weight til you feel the chest activating, you might hav to drop weight, til your chest starts naturally doing the exercise

i did this but my chest did'nt pump. So i switch to chest work out like these on a flat chairs and it worked.
