❤ love these tips! Now only change the superman into a bent leg superman. (Bent from the knee, feetsoles up). Less hams more glutes, like, a lot of glutes;)
Regular squats don't activate the hamstrings. They are considered relatively ineffective for the hamstrings. Hamstringscextend the hip and flex the knee.
Man, I'm gonna have to Shazam that music bro be using.
The last thing I need is bigger glutes. Now keeping things firmed up, is always my top priority.

This was a fantastic demo. I have had a hip replacement- full socket, ball and bone implant, can you do a piece on people like myself as I’ve been too scared to do legs/ glutes since the procedure. I’m young, wore my hip out due to heavy lifting and incorrect foot placement. #regrets

I started focusing more on my legs about a year ago, I love leg workout so much , that I steadily hit 2x a week, now I have good looking shredded legs, that I wear shots to everywhere all the day, to show my sexy legs. Thanks Bailey

Hey get your camera man to stop moving with your movements. Just tell him to get you in the full shot and keep the camera steady, very annoying to have the camera move so much. You're to good to have someone not knowing what they're doing. Sorry for being critical but it's hard to watch.
